Been doing some early work on this and one that I’ve come down on that I quite like at a big price is Fitzhenry for JP. If it wasn’t for COVID, and not being sure he’s being aimed at the race let alone knowing he’d get in anyway, I’d put some money down!
Nothing really to add but just came on to say I absolutely adore this race. For me the Hennessy is what racing is all about. A perfect mixture of battle hardened, game, experienced chasers, trying to bloody the noses of some young upstarts/potential superstars over a proper test at a galloping track. What more could you ask for?

I think it odd that someone who doesn’t bet ante post, comments on a thread about a race 5 months in the future? However, it would probably have been a wise idea to explain your 80/1 comment with the important fact that you don’t bet AP as it helps to understand your point of view.
I suspect you’re alone on not accepting 80/1 odds on Altior winning the champion chase but that doesn’t make your opinion wrong.
Except your wrong, obviously

A clear clean round has got to be a massive if though surely? I’d need more than 33s to be interested in finding out that’s for sure.
Kerry National is almost upon us, which means the Jump season has arrived!

Hello everyone,:mail:

Massive massive thank you to VtC for running the competition – the hours put in for our pleasure is hugely over and above so I doff my virtual cap to him.
To my fellow players, well done to all, particularly Buckers and Jack, was a tight battle all the way through.
This season has been the best for me in terms of attending meetings live at racecourses around the country, so for this to top it all off is amazing – many thanks for all the congratulations guys.
Final thanks to Kemboy and Al Boum Photo who have given me so much pleasure through the season.
See you all again in September

I’m off to my first visit to Sandown tomorrow

I think I’d sooner the better odds, at a quarter, and 5 places that b365 offer….

ClaimantakinforganThink it was the former Joe, looked like Frodon just kinked slightly and took his ground.
Either way, EE has no chance of winning a gold cup
Well done winners.
Surprised no one has mentioned ADO’s run – off top weight too. I was impressed. Seem to remember he was going nicely at Aintree last year and was in contention until coming down (at the chair from memory?). Assume he’ll go back for another attempt
Another on General Principle and I’ve doubled with Cilaos Emery in the following race.
There’s your two to avoid today…good luck everyone
Only way I see Min not in the Ryanair is if Altior missed the festival
Any chance that OK Corral will get a Denman entry with a view to a Gold Cup supplement?
4 miler Joe surely after DOC riding last time out plus Henderson’s comments after?
Birchdale is very definitely not a two miler Mark, but think there’s a good chance he goes for the potato race over the Ballymore.
Ham – I pushed the report button when I meant the reply button, apologies.
What I meant to do was reply that it’s Samcro been pushed to 20s not Melon.
