After a rather stop start season, a very nice win today for Buveur D’Air in the bonus race, with Supasundae getting the runner up points yet again.

I’ll do the full season run down, and winners tomorrow.

Last winner of the comp is Benie Des Dieux 27.6

Many many congratulations to Frankie, who ended up a run away winner of the Competition, after a proper ding dong battle Buckers and Jack along the way.

What a performance from Buckers, last years winner, but Frankie had an exceptional team, and a great performance from Jack, who was our top scorer in TRF v Pricewise as well. Horses for courses that pair. The same could apply to Tibbs, who just missed out on the money last year, and has put in another great team. Next year Tibbs.

As much as I enjoy this, I’m looking forward to six months away for it.

I don’t believe it, the competition finished when I was just starting to claw Frankie back
with Benie Des Bieux winning. I only had another 559 points to make up

Three great stables from Frankie, Buckers and Jack, and very well done to all but especially
Frankie who kept his head in front.

Most of all many thanks Bobby for running this yet again, I know it’s time consuming and hard work
but it’s a top competition and we love it in here

It’s my worst effort by a country mile, and looking at my stable I’m still scratching my head,
but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless

I echo all those who have given thanks to everybody involved who made this competition possible.

The less said about my results the better and the only possible bright spot is I did not
finish rock bottom. However the interest and enjoyment through the winter have made it all
worth while.

It is certainly my intention to have another go next season if there is another chance.

First and foremost, thanks to VtC for organizing this comp. Must take a tremendous amount of work given the sheer number of participants involved.

Congratulations also to Frankie, Buckers and Jack who all produced a finish that Tommo would definitely have called a “Phodo”.

My own team fared dismally, but that did not detract from my enjoyment in the competition in the slightest.

Massive massive thank you to VtC for running the competition – the hours put in for our pleasure is hugely over and above so I doff my virtual cap to him.

To my fellow players, well done to all, particularly Buckers and Jack, was a tight battle all the way through.

This season has been the best for me in terms of attending meetings live at racecourses around the country, so for this to top it all off is amazing – many thanks for all the congratulations guys.
