If you think he looks the finished article then you need your eyes testing  He has plenty of filling out to do. This guy is nothing like august roden, his times and style of racing are miles apart

Some of the conspiracy theories on here regarding BallyDoyle are getting as bad as Trumps stolen election stories.

City of Troy looks a quality horse. If he runs I think he will win this easily.

Does it fit some narrative to keep saying the 2nd was lucky? Unless it’s assumed she would of been right up with the pace.

She stumbled but the early pace was slow and she was literally stride for stride with the winner after a couple of furlongs. You never saw frankie push her on to catch up after the start.

In the straight again she was literally even with the winner and they both made there move at the same time, she didn’t find as much as Frankie though more like.

Now for the next 7 weeks of rubbish if both are confirmed for the Irish oaks

Some folks are making out like she madeup 10 lengths and got beat on the nod😳

Why are Newmarket watering the rowley mile? This bullshit has got to stop. It’s spring not the height of summer. No need to be watering at all.

Bolger like obrien of the cuff mention a trail but very rarely run. Appleby has been adamant about a trail for both for some time

A bit of rubbish that from Appleby. You know if your horse needs a prep run and you train accordingly, why a week before hand do you decide no it’s all good he doesn’t need one now?

Jesus if you think PL is a faster horse then Luxembourg then good luck with that. Anyone who knows a think or 2 about horses will tell you that his action and his 2 previous runs that he is much better suited to faster going. Let just leave it and see what happens 1st saturday next May. One thing for sure is that Luxembourg is a guineas horse and I would much rather back him at 6 for a trainer who has won the race 9/10 times with first time out horses, than Applesbys. There isn’t much between the 1st 3 in the betting and it all depends on how they progress over the winter.

Didn’t roderick,Misty for me and yesterday finish down the field in the Guineas only to go on and win in Ireland? Anyone else you would say no, but you see time and time again with AOB horses how they take great strides forward from a first run.

Japan had an injury which held him back, HD probably missed few days due to his blood count but it would not be the same as what happened with Japan

I tend to remember people being similar dismissive of Australia’s chances in the 2000 guineas a few back. A lot of folks couldn’t understand why he had been backed for the race given he was by a derby winner out of an oaks winner and there was no way he would have the speed etc. Well if Joseph had stayed stands-rail instead of tracking over he would of won that race and the vibes would of been correct. Im sure the vibes for Santa B are well placed and she will run a good race
