Surly no one is going to get fooled again over TDH? I see no reason why he should turn the tables on CM

What a silly headline, for starters Aidan said numerous times when interviewed that SD did not need soft grd and he would fine on faster ground. For what’s it worth tracks do need to stop watering in the summer as it’s going to ruin future generations otherwise. I remember when ascot watered back in 08 days before the queen Elizabeth race which was ridiculously

forget 2 yr old form now. There 3 yrs old now and Eddery and piggot used to say it what they do at 3 that counts. I won’t have a bet but I would be very confident that MG will win this very easy. I was at Newmarket and the horse looks a bull and he will only improve as the season goes on. As for JG you don’t know how to take this man. The quotes about TDH not being 100% for the Dante and needing the run,so what now 9 days later the horse is tip top 100%🥴🥴

He was one of only 3 grp 1 winners in the field. He had 3 runs prior to this and on his 2nd he was beaten a head by PK who most would of had down as the winner of his race had he turned up. Now all of a sudden his win was a fluke? The best horse won it really is that simple :yahoo:

JG is full of it isn’t he? It was only a month ago he was telling the RP that the horse wasn’t in fast work yet and they were going steady. The man is a top class BS

Even if TDH made the field you couldn’t have him winning. The horse I’m guessing hadn’t work for a week or so? And the fact that they going for a trial tells he wasn’t where they wanted him to be?

Thing is there have been some smart fillies with very similar profiles over the last 10yrs who have done the same. Trouble is they falter to deceive come the big day.

Interesting thing about TDH and Quarto I thought is Dubawi world class sire had tons of good horses but until last yr he never had what you would call a outstanding 2 yr old and then last yr he has these 2.Before then his highest rated one was 114 which is a long way from a star and then all of a sudden in the same season these 2 come along rated 126 and 123. It flies in the face of what you would of thought about him as his progeny tend to be better at 3,so it could just be that these 2 were very precious 2 yr old and they out performed last season and they might go on as much as expected.
