I dont think anyone would argue that kieron fallon is an exceptionaly good jockey ,and i have always enjoyed watching him ride but K Fallons personal life is always likely to let him down,so i think it will only be a matter of time before he hits the headlines for the wrong reasons again.
Frankly would not touch his tips with a barge pole,in fact i have not had a bet when he tips a horse i fancy, some of his losing runs are long, but each to there own.
Use your eyes and what you have between your ears and you will do just as well as newspaper tipsters.
Could not believe nick luck on the morning line on saturday first of all telling people they would see second highest rated horse in the world in paco boy on channel four, then coming out with another stupid remark after reading out papers that you can put your dog in the washing mc, stupid pillock, corrected later by emma ramsden who could not believe he said it,personnally i think paco boy does get a mile well hope he proves that later if only to shut matt williams gob,i backed virtual on saturday because paco boy was a a fitter horse the last time they ran and virtual stays further than a mile.
If i can play devils advocate for a moment, some tipsters are not required to tip in every race Tom segal for example, a very overrated tipster IMO,but surely the best advice is pick your own selections that way you have only yourself to blame.
Must give one more chance to Fishforcompliments, ran a cracking race since being gelded, and also evens and odds who did me a good turn last week.
Often refered to as an extended sprint either way a horse needs a fair amount of speed to compete.
Can we take it from what we have heard in the last few days we will not see rainbow view on firm ground again.
Perhaps sheik mohammed will buy it over? (slightly tongue in cheek) but you never know.

First of all JGosdens open attitute towards the media i suspect stems from his training in america where media is god so he is easy in front of camera etc,Sir MStoute has never been like that he likes to keep whats going on to himself.
1-dont follow everyone else over the cliff do your own thing
2-use the evidence of your own eyes and your gut
3-not many horses can actually quicken and go clear in the last furlong of a race when you find one follow it, if it is with a good trainer he or she should win races with it.I agree with you about J Willoughby,in common with many people he goes far to deeply into things probably got a head fun of information instead of keeping it simple, mind you i tend to ignore so called experts, after following racing for many years you find you are just as good a judge as them.
As soon as i saw lee mottershead with Lhislop i switched off i am not a nasty person but he gets on my wick.
leave the meeting at sandown the ground was fine on saturday when you get decent ground you see good horses run up to there form paco boy, tartan bearer, pipedreamer etc.
could not agree more you missed out tommo though, lost count of the number of times he says, and hear comes in the last furlong of his commentary.
April 16, 2009 at 12:48 in reply to: Fantasia/Rainbow View – Why Should They Clash So Early? #222136If fantasia and rainbow view are as good as there trainers think i cannot see any point racing them together at this stage they may well have a very hard race against each other, makes more sense to keep them apart imo.
