i am loving this debate just as well bankable cant write in fact it would be nice to hear from luca cumani i wonder if forum members would accept his opinion
i find on a saturday there are so many meetings it is impossible to devote any time to all the races is it really necessary to have so many meetings on a saturday if we must race on a sunday surely the dear race planners could ensure a couple of decent meetings
hate saturdays but managed to find lidelann da ri me and hunting country as well as two also rans but i guess one mans loser is another mans winner
As someone who used to be a football fanatic i now hate the game because the morons in the crowd spoil it for decent supporters who ar now being outnumbered by the morons you only have to stand outside a football stadium when they are come out to tell you every thing you need to know about society and it is now spilling over into racing a sport i love where of course there is access to drink and any one can behave like an idiot when they have had to much i have to say i dont know the answer i am not clever enough, could some of forum members tell me what they think of the activities after racing rock bands etc do they think it brings people in who are interested in racing
I am sure lydia hislop is a broad minded lady she would have to be working with men in the racing game and is having a good chuckle at all of this
i still feel if bankable had as much in hand as his trainer suggested he would have gone much closer at ascot however he should win this race today although i still think he will be a better horse with cut in the ground
lydia does a very good job and prefer her to other presenters on ruk her post race assessments are very good and the same applies to steve mellish if they feel something needs saying they say it
loved the joke told by graham cunningham on ruk seems atr were playing ruk at football and atr played well but everytime they went to score a goal they had to stop for a break you have to laugh
in these days of health and safety i am amazed it was run in the storm that was taking place
had a good bet on darjina at ascot gutted when she did not get her head in front dont think shes lost winning ways fraction easier ground at newmarket would be good fingers crossed
lets face it you could not fail to be impressed by zacinto today but we have seen impressive two year old first time winners before lets hope he turns out to be brilliant,he may not even be the best of sir michael stoutes two year olds, and he will be a silly price on his next run anyway.but he looks a nice prospect to look forward to
absolutely there is a right way to to things and that is the way to play it
not before the people who pay the bills get the information first
i could not agree more about the press and media nothing gets up my nose more than some idiot running up to a jockey sticking a mic up his nose (the jockeythat is) and saying what was that like i hope one day ryan moore will say f…k off ,i was lucky enough many years ago to have the odd leg or two in afew horses and the only people the jockey spoke to after the race were the connections and or the stewards, exactly the way it should be.
not certain but believe there was some conflict between information that was charged for and free info he gave on website problems follow him about dont they
i take it i am not the only one who thinks i wonder how many more derbys or grand nationals i will see,you have to laugh unless you are ryan moore
many thanks i had better pay up
