Perhaps they could add another day to Cheltenham and have all 7 races in her name …..

It’s obvious Charles and William want nothing to do with Andrew , once the funeral has taken place I expect Andrew to be unmentioned and residing in Coventry ……new Duke of Coventry perhaps , as for Harry , Charles will want William and Harry to find someway of having fixing there rift ….the problem there is Meghan ….

Camilla is going to be hugely important to Charles , she went from the woman who the queen couldn’t bare to speak/see off to perhaps bar Sophie one of the closest in the family to her , she had done the near impossible of making herself the prob the most popular royal and has undertaken a lot of charity work , done without the ” look at me ” press of Diana , such a shame Charles and Camilla hadn’t married back in the 70s , she may well be the one to keep Charles on the right track

She truely loved her racing , in that minute she was just like any other owner lost in the moment

I’m not bothered either way regarding the monarchy but there,s no doubt the country will be marked by her passing , to have served so long and yet made so few mistakes ( handling of Diana’s death prob her biggest ) marked her as a remarkable woman , Charles has a monumental job on his hands trying to follow her , I fear he will struggle to remain as impartial as her RIP

I’ve said before that Kelso is the best course I’ve been to , Cheltenham is the Mecca in my eyes and I will go for one of the minor meetings one day soon , while the buzz of Gold cup day would be an experience the crowds would be all to much for me , I like to sit in peace , racing post and oj to hand relaxing …..not an easy thing to do nowadays

On Friday Boris while confirming Sizewell Boris knocked Labour for not doing more to provide suitable power stations for the future when in power …..the Tories have had 12 years to fix this mistake , but hey let’s not dwell on that …the Tory slogan for 2022 ” if in doubt blame Labour ” , it’s ridiculous

Horrific news , no trainer has had a more successful couple of seasons but life alas always finds a way of reminding you no one gets everything all the time , as others have said I hope they find solace in he died doing something he loved

Glad she,s a Tory ….the rich are her vote , you also need to remember there,s no Brexit to tempt over the undecided or floating voter in the next election , when Truss makes a total balls up of this ….and she will , Starmer just has to make Labour as voteable as possible …. Reading Patel critizing the Met this morn is another example of Tory pot kettle black …please God she,s gone this week
