I was there LD73, forgot that they ran at level weights; just shows what a superb mare she was, to win a Gold Cup and then a few weeks later beat the 2-mile champion. Also a triple champion hurdler (Irish, British and French). Her achievemnets are scarcely believable, shame about her greedy owners

True words Richard88; all other drugs pale by comparison with alcohol; redd a stat some years ago (so i don’t have the reference), that 1 in 6 people in UK and Ireland were miserable due to alcohol, either themselves or a family member.

Kerry/meath/westmeath/dublin/sligo ~6/1; westmeath the trickiest one but think Down are overrated
