I would imagine there are a fair few number of trainers (both sides of the sea) that if they had some of the big named owners supplying them with the ammunition (like the big named trainers can call upon year in year out) they would also be able to win the big races too.

March 13, 2026 at 02:41 #1759236I liked the way Heartwoods owner had a dig at those owners who take the reins of winning horses from the stable staff and lead them in. It always annoys me and I rather hope the horse will tread on their feet…
