This has certainly done the rounds but for those of you that haven`t seen "The Battle At Kruger" yet, then it`s well worth a viewing.

Taken on a safari in South Africa,it`s really something quite unique.

Grayson,I drank in there occasionally, used to live in Ashwell not far from Hitchin, nice pub.Mainly had a beer in The Vic in Baldock though when I was in Herts.
Crown And Greyhound in Dulwich Village and the old Pheonix and Firkin by King`s College Hospital used to be my favourite pubs in London when I was there.

I haven`t been on here for ages and have only just seen this,I`m absolutely in shock.I met Craig a few times at the races with the syndicate horses and he was in real life what came across on here,a real decent man with a love of life and of course his beloved horses.Debs,on behalf of myself and my brother Sky,you have my most sincere condolences.God bless Craig.

    4.55 p.m.<br>I make a call<br>"Hello"<br>"Hi it`s me."<br>"How you doing."<br>"I`m fine,listen I can pop round for half an hour any chance of a quick bj"?<br>"Sorry love I,ve got to go to the shops,maybe next time,call me yeah."<br>"Laters."<br>Hangs up.<br>

This lyric has puzzled me ,Duran Duran`s Please Please Tell Me Now track,"You`re about as easy as a nuclear war."<br>I mean,w.t.f. is that all about ??

To turn it around if I may,a favourite lyric is from Tempted by Squeeze,"At my bedside empty pocket,a foot without a sock, your body get`s much closer,I fumble for the clock."

Dunno why,I guess I`ve always liked Squeeze :)

I voted for Cheltenham, unsurprisingly enough.<br>Second would be Glorious Goodwood, not too bothered about Royal Ascot and the Epsom Derby, prefer to watch those on the box.

Spoke to DL about an hour ago and it`s fair to say he was delighted for the new syndicate and the horse fairly hosed up :bounce:

    And I own 5 %

Jim , that one man effort of a thread is the biggest pile of nonsense  I have ever seen on this forum bar none , and there have been one or two pearlers along the way .<br>I can only assume by the amount of edits and spelling mistakes that you were totally rat-arsed watching the fight .That must be the reason for the in fight commentary twaddle.

Hi Deaney , S.A. are in deep doo-doo .<br>Latest betting from the non-exchange firms.

Australia 11/10  Stanley ( odds on everywhere else )<br>N.Z.         17/2   Bet 365<br>W.I.         12/1   Bet Direct<br>Sri Lanka 12/1   Nanny Goat<br>Pakistan  12/1   General<br>S.A.          12/1   Stan James<br>India        16/1   Chandler<br>England    28/1  Sunderlands<br>Zimbabwe 100/1 Ladbrokes.<br> Stan james have got the Aussies at 8/13 !! That is absolutely ridiculous and can only assume they have liabilities and don`t want any more.<br>N.Z. and Sri Lanka appeal at the moment at the prices but not had a punt on the outright market yet ,  will wait for the next stage.England have got no chance of winning whatsoever and should be 100/1 .
