Taquin 2/2 FTO NH, and won on flat debut so certainly goes well fresh.
CS beaten last 12 starts, 2/15 overall. Very consistent but surely a bit of a dog?
Unfortunately you probably underestimated the fact Wigan have an FA Cup semi at the weekend.
Whilst I’ll take it at face value Grandouet’s had a knock it does strike me NH’s runners and running plans change, contrary to his and connections statements, more regularly than many other trainers in similar positions.
(or maybe it just gets highlighted more often
)Whilst he has a decent record fresh I wouldn’t say he’s at his absolute best. Just counting his NH runs he’s 3/7 racing after a break of 60 days or more with 5 further wins coming after a break of less than 60 days.
Anyone who takes their racing seriously knows that
LADBROKES
are licensed thieves, they offer the worst incentives of any High st Bookmaker going and yet Joe Punter falls for it every Saturday, they are still the most recognised outfit trading under such a banner,i cant believe they or any other Bookmaker are prepared to ‘Single Man’ a Shop at anytime of the day. Shocking!
So why do you bet with them in your aftertiming thread?

Florida Pearl in RSA
Jardines Lookout at York on Aug 24, 2000.
Got home from work to watch recorded C4 coverage which ended straight after the race, cheered home a 360/30 winner (more than a weeks pay in those days), for my dad to pipe up "you don’t know what happens do you?"
To this day I still don’t know what interference took place.
Great stuff Ginge!
Persian War in 1968 I believe. (Though Kribensis did the double his CH win was two seasons later).
Been under performing all season so no surprise something’s come to light.
I thought the forum experts that understand how the trainer operates had written he’d been underperforming due to the trainer not having him fit? Ho hum….
In Paul Barber’s Weekender interview this week he mentions he’s laid up with sore shins so they’re taking their time with him. Should be out again this season but they’re in no rush.
Persistence pays off. Thanks all; I think I blinded them with your wisdom

Ok, after a call to Customer Service, bets placed after the 5 day decs on the 24th are void because Ladbrokes went NRNB so antepost rules no longer applied.

If he has improved 1-2lbs since he last ran that’s enough to put him slap bang next to Sea the Stars.
Don’t you think Sea The Stars may’ve improved a little since his last race, after all he is the lighter raced of the pair and Oxx is no mug in improving his best 3yo’s either?
