I find it increasingly irritating that the so-called paddock watchers just regurgitate the well known form figures rather than actually report on the current well-being of the horses.
Not that they’re much good at either angle.I think with a run under his belt and going up to a mile Morris Dancer will be a contender at group one level.
It probably isn’t *only* because I’ve backed him that has caused him to drift?!
I guess he was always likely to come on for the run.The horse I’ve been waiting for, appears here – Morris Dancer ew 16-1.
I think there are two points at issue here.
Since I understand Sam Fox is gay, that would certainly put Pierre Bonnard’s chances of handling the slope as miniscule…

I’m a Chelmsford boy who remembers seeing the old Galleywood course on the way to the White Bear, or playing a bit of cricket locally.
I haven’t been that way for decades, is the course still walkable? The news that Trawlerman might not make the race has caused Rahiebb’s price to contract but I’m not going in again. As stated, he still needs to prove he gets the 2½ miles… if he wins, I win, if he doesn’t then I’ve had some fun and I win again!

A horse who has been on my radar since Goodwood last year, Morris Dancer is entered here (also in the St James Palace at Ascot so they must rate him.)
Unfortunately his stablemate, Publish, has been supported so I suspect he wont run here, otherwise I’d pile in at 40-1 ew
Edit: looking closer Publish is only quoted on Betfair exchange so maybe I’ll have a little tickle!)I absolutely accept that you can’t know any horse will stay 2½ miles until they prove it. Until Rahiebb shows he will I accept that Trawlerman is the likeliest winner again. But at the prices I’m still with my boy.
Think Rahiebb is the bet at 7-1
Will need an impressive run by Scandinavia tonight to keep Rahiebb’s price down to 7-1 for this. He looked a proper beast today.
Sorry to bring the debate down into Nathan territory but if they keep showing the gorgeous Anna Lisa Balding after yet another win I’m going to have to hope that her husband is abducted by aliens so i can step in to comfort her.

The Beckett filly being backed before Saturday is Golden Orbit and I’ve had a little ew at the current 28-1 and better. If she’s his preferred option after the weekend I’ll be happy.

OK you don’t get to judge a tight finish but you have a great overview of the whole course and on a good day the sea. And you have early access to and from the car park and it’s all free! Then you’re among the first to hit the The Fox Goes Free at Charlton with it’s glorious back garden!
Back out to 33s now, Wilts!
Word has got out that we’ve backed it!
Had a pop at SDHs stablemate, the 7 furlong specialist, Popmaster at 40-1 ew 5. He was 4th in this last year off the same mark.
