Wow, congrats Nathan for your success with Mafia Power
,
then I don’t hesitate to admit I was oh so wrong
Please folks, don’t lump on Markus Klug,
if I can’t hold you back place just a small bet, okay
?You’re the only one, as Wendy James once sang
Sorry Botchy, of course I was meaning you’re the only one who is constantly winning here,
at least that’s what you’re claiming
That’s a pity to read Nick
I once taught a former Romanian boxing (welter weight) Champion in English and accountancy, and he told me that boxing is a mind game similar to chess
, but I hardly believed him
Me myself and I was always more or less a coward, so rowing has been the very healthy and right decision for me
I wouldn’t say I owe it my life, but indeed I tend to have some mental problems with depression etc, which I can actively fight with my sport, but that’s a different story
I indeed hope we will meet again on our wonderful Meydan thread very soon
By the way Nick Walton, I would like to take the opportuninty to appreciate and hail what you had done in your sports career: If I understand it right you really did some rounds of sparring with some high classed boxers of your time, which is much more I have ever achieved with my rowing
Of course I hope you got out of this healthy so that you can still enjoy your forthcoming years
Please let me say I always like to read from you, so let’s hopefully stay in touch soon
Hi Nathan, please allow me to give you my thoughts: Fortunately you didn’t lump on Mafia Power, as shortly after his owner had crashed deadly (rest in peace
) nothing went right for him anymore, and I also must say that deSousa rides his horses very primitively: Everybody knows what his only assets are, which is trying to dominate from the front, but “leider” (watch out, German word
) it doesn’t work out too well this season..About Joni’s thread it was of course only a bad joke from me, as I will stand my ground myself

Thank you Jac, I’m sometimes still a (Tottenham
) hotspur, but I followed your advice,
so we will hopefully meet again
Thank you dear Jac, please have a look at the Irish Oaks (a very German tree
) thread, you shouldn’t miss out on this. For me it is between the two of us as late Michael Hutchence once sang “and they will never tear us apart..” Hope this wasn’t too cheesy for you right now?
And please defend me against Joni and Nate, as they will probably kick my butt on Joni’s thread
,
but I would be strong enough to live with this
Thank you for playing our German Snow, I would always fancy a Sea The Moon, but I don’t like Markus Klug (means smart, but he isn’t
) at all..DG might stand a bit long Graham, but with milk beard (please ask Jac what is is
) Beasley I would never trust him
Nathan, please don’t tell a Frankelyte that it wasn’t the horses’ fault, as he (or she
) will easily believe you
Hi Darren,
it’s still hard to say yet, as they haven’t shown too many decisive signs so far, but for our Diana I can’t get away from the obvious ones Virginia Joy (classic stamina pedigree) and Zamrud (good balance of stamina and speed). But for both imo the same applies: For the big day they need a better jockey to guide them through this difficult Düsseldorf course
Maybe you like to wait on our magician Big G, he will probably tell you the winner
At least I told you the naked truth about Wonderful Moon, right?
Boudot was not to blame here, as this “Bonne Idee” is a lame donkey

Your wish could soon come true Graham
On August 02 our Diana (Oaks) will be run and if you like we can discuss it then
Yes Jac, your thread here is already a living legend
Exactly Jac, Why didn’t I get on his train
?
Unfortunately my brain perceived this horse as French, though he is bred and owned truly German
No problem Graham as I’m very happy for you and have enjoyed reading your ticket

Nice you got also involved Jac
but we were on the wrong ones
At least I advised people here right about Wonderful Moon
You’re a genius Graham
