Lush Lashes is entered at the Curragh on Sunday in the Park Express Stakes, so maybe we can see how she is then.
Sorry, I see this has already been said above.
Thanks for that info, I won’t be putting Mountain High in my ten to follow entries now !
Another I like is Papal Bull, runs about a lot though !
Here’s my choices:
3 year olds
Ibn Khaldun
Fast Company
Confront
Twice Over
Bruges
Alessandro Volta
Bright Falcon
Curtain Call
Confront
ThewayyouareOlder
Ask
Mountain High
Literato
Creachadoir
Soldier of FortuneI have backed Ibn Khaldun and Confront. I like their breeding but having no 1st hand knowledge of how they are, have no idea if they will actually get to the race.
I think that this time last year Teofilo was favourite and Holy Roman Emperor 2nd favourite and neither got there. There’s a long way to go !I quite like Fast Company but his betfair odds have been going out so maybe he won’t go to Newmarket of maybe he is not progressing, I do not know, I wont back him as yet.
Another I might back if I could be sure about what the plans are, would be Twice Over, but again having already won at 10f, he might not go to the Guineas.
Also I like Bruges, I might put a small amount on him, seems to me he’ll get the mile OK.
Does anyone has any 1st hand knowledge of how the above colts are, has anyone seen them on the gallops here or in Dubai ?
We all have the democratic right to not read the crap.
After all its not particurly important.I went when Hurricane Run won, 5 euros at the gate to get in. No dress code, wear what you want.
Afterwards, down the road, there are big marquees where you can buy cheap food and drink. When I went, a lot of the racing TV celebs were in there eating too.
A great time, enjoy.
Mid August…………maybe….
a lot of work going on lately.
Just noticed that Paddy Power have refunded my antepost bet on Teofilo. I don’t know if any others will do the same. I doubt it somehow.
I have done 9 lines with various combinations out of the following 14
Adagio
Haatef
Truly Royal
Teofilo
Mores Wells
Macarthur
Finsceal Beo
Magic America
Measured Tempo
Sir Percy
Papal Bull
George Washington
Manduro
Dylan Thomas
Maybe by the time when Substitutes can be made, I might just have 1 or 2 lines still going strongly !
2.45 Lingfield: Solid Rock
Thanks Sal, I see that in 8f Group 1’s in England and Ireland there are a lot of winners with ND duplications.
Also in the past few years there are many in the 10f group 1’s for fillies.
Appears twice in the past 4 generations, for example Authorized has Northern Dancer as his Great Grandsire 3 generations back but also has him on his Damside 4 generations back.
Here’s a breeding point possibly of interest but of course could be completely spurious.
I have had a look at the last 4 generations of the Derby winners since 1998 and it appears that none of them have Northern Dancer duplicated within their last 4 generations. Also delving further none of the Oaks winners or the Coronation Cup winners since 1998 have ND duplications in their past 4 generations either. perhaps one of the Forums breeding experts could comment. As I say it could have no meaning whatsoever.
Macarthur could be the O’Brien one, full brother to Motivator.
Godolphin have one called Empire Day but they don’t have a good record of late in this race.
I also like Authorised.

Place your online entry anytime up to 6pm on Monday the 30th April.
Thanks Adrian.
