I agree Steve, its about enjoyment.

I probably wont be as good at golf when i’m 65, thats not necessarily a reason to stop playing is it?

She sent me a txt this morning:
"I really love you and i miss you so much! Why did this happen to us! I don’t know how i’m gonna work today"

Hows that for making me feel worse!

But thanks for the advice each! Am trying to put it to some use, going racing tomorrow then for a game of snooker with a mate on the night. Also left a txt message with an old mate of mine about a game of pool (used to play in the local league).
Keith
ps – giving up a drink will be hard Steve, but I’ll give it a go!

Well, i was actually worried about this as I was supposed to be going round to look after my girlfriends dogs who hate fireworks, but seen as though I wont be required now, I say bxxxxxks, let um get on with it.

However, if in a sound mind state, I’d say shoot them.
Keith

being a Tory voter, I hope they give it Cameron.

Think the ‘Old Guard’ are outdated now, someone new and young should be given a crack IMO.
Keith

"ap isn’t stable jockey he’s just retained by jp that’s why most probably he won’t be riding iris’s gift"

Just after AP joined Jackdaws/JJ, didnt the owner actually say some like AP was a good lad and would probably do a good job, but they were actually very happy with the job Gerragty had done, and he (BG) actually would be first choice if he was available?
Keith

I’m not sure how pedantic it is possible to be about accents but here goes

‘Yow ay frum rowernd ere, am ya?’

Sorry for also being pedantic, but earlier in the thread you picked up someone up for confusing the Birmingham and Black Country (Dudley) accent, but unfortunately seem to have fallen foul of exactly the same yourself there.
Keith

At least someone has pointed out that Dudley, and the Black country as a whole, is not part of Birmingham.
Keith
One of the most important features (for me) is the going. Yet this appears to be one on the hardest things to find out easily – good, accurate going descriptions.
Keith

Just got back from being a poll clerk at one of the stations in Bromsgove.
We reckoned that, including the postal vote, there had been approximately a mid sixties percent turnout.
Keith

    Very interesting this.
On a slightly different note, if you dont mind. Just watching the Ask Tony Blair program, talking about the rich/poor issue.
Does TRF belive it is the job of Polititians to narrow the difference between rich and poor?
Should the Rich be penalised for being rich? should the poor be given additional help for being poor? Or neither?
