Wow Jac, 3 winners out of 3 bets, outstanding :yahoo:

Perfect timing with Christmas coming up. I’ve been chortling
away as one of the prezzies for Alexander I got was a wooden
hammer to bash pegs through holes in a wooden bench. It’s more
to see the look on Ross and Elini’s face when they see it. Well
we had to suffer it so fair do’s B-)

Lol Graham Alexander will love it, my son would probably say what a good toy to keep at at yours mim for when we come to visit.

I think I’m getting Louise’s Oscar a wooden shape sorting Noahs Ark…so we can enjoy a quiet glass of wine without reaching for the paracetamol. B-)

Chris’s girls are mad on Tamagotchis which I thought would go well with Oscar’s Ark but I have got them one each although I think Emily who is only 5 will probably hers off on the first day…lol..Jac

Oh gosh, I remember having to feed or do something with my daughters Tamagotchi many, many years ago… she was worried it would die while she was at school or away somewhere… too funny to think they are still around and still addicting to kids today.

I love the little wooden bench as a present for Alexander! It’s good for his hand eye coordination. Very thoughtful.

I hope everyone is staying warm under the “big freeze” in the UK. I’ve seen pictures of snow and heard stories of frigid temps.

Stay Safe Everyone & hopefully NH racing will be back soon.

Yes there will be tears Andre but hopefully Jessica will help Emily care for her Tamagotchi.
I was just reading an article about Cabbage Patch Dolls who will be celebrating their 40th birthday this year and caused many a punch up between parents desperate to secure one for their child for Christmas.🎅🎁
Thankfully I didn’t have to queue up as they made Louise cry. She was quite scared by their strange faces.

Yes..It’s all a bit of fun Nathan, hope you do do well this time round. :good:

Looking forward to being in warmer climes where the racing doesn’t fall foul to the weather, unless there happens to be a sandstorm. B-)

Well Godolphin’s Elegant Storm found one better in the 4.05 Southwell but I was right about Pocket The Packet not having the class this time … Jac
Back to the drawing board. :mail:

Great news that the Godolphin compy is to start up again,
    so looking forward to that.

Unfortunately things have been put on a bit of a hold for
us as Marjorie is back to square one with the pain. The
consultant phoned us and he thinks that it probably should
have been the S1 nerve that was injected into rather than the
S2. So we are just waiting to get this these injections to
stop the pain. If that doesn’t go well then it’s surgery into
her spine, which is a bit scary.

I don’t know how this will go but I will keep all my friends
here up to date and try to keep things going, like the TTTF Jumps.
With Christmas, family arrangements, Marjorie waiting and swallowing
loads of tablets my head is all over the place. I’ve just got to
hope that all turns out well, what else can you do

I wish everyone here a happy Christmas with their families and
friends. Lets hope that 2023 is the start of a new positive
and happy year for us all. God knows we could do with it :good:

Graham so sorry to hear that Marjorie is still in pain and will need further intervention, I honestly know where you are with your head at the moment and health and family are always no.1 priority.

Please don’t worry about the upcoming competitions over Christmas I”m happy to throw in a few horses for you on Saturday in 3 horses and Neils comp if you want me too..just PM me it will keep you in the loop until Marjorie starts to improve. Also please don’t worry about the TRF TTF. I’m also happy to throw in some updates on that over the Christmas and New Year if you need me too. They won’t be as in depth as yours but I’ll keep a good eye on the top 5 in the running for you. :good:

We will all be thinking of you and look forward to hearing how Marjorie is getting on. She is being so brave and hope to hear that the next injections will bring her the relief she needs without surgery.

Take care and all good wishes to you and your family through this worrying time I hope that 2023 is a happier and healthier year for all of us.
Keep in touch when you can..Jac x :rose:

Many thanks Jac, I know you would have my back. I’ll manage, I hope, to
fling in a few for the comps. I will put in a few lines in the TTTF COMP,
but keep it very basic. She’s a determined bugger, which maybe is a good thing,
and my sis, weeks ago, had got us all tickets for a show in Glasgow, The Rat
Pack. I knew even getting her into the car it wasn’t the best idea but she had
the blinkers on and we were going. IT was good and she enjoyed it, courtesy of
strong pain killers, but it took it’s toll and we stayed overnight in Glasgow.
Anyway, we made it home and hopefully she’ll get the injections next week so
Christmas will still be on down south.

It looks like a lot of racing will be off anyway, maybe some Polytrack will
survive this weekend but probably a blank week in the TTTF so not much to update
anyway. I’ll do a small update for last week just now.

    Cheers Jac :good:

Marjorie sure is a tough cookie Graham and very determined. Must admit I would have done the same to get to see The Rat Pack we do love Dino, Frank and Sammy in our family.
Hope you get back to hospital for that vital injection soon and Marjorie can come off the pain killers.

Wish you both well and you know we’re all rooting for you and here if you need us.. Jac x
