Fair enough mate.
The Simpsons – a cartoon ?
My whole adult life has just been a lie then.
Damn you Fox network !!
some people are so touchy…
it was a joke
Tutti Frutti ?
Don’t even go there Steve.
Call me gay, homophobic, sexist or a bigot.
Just don’t be messing with the greatest t.v show ever made :)
While we’re at it: –
Never buy a dwarf with learning difficulties !!
It’s not big and it’s not clever.
Well put Purple Patch.
Ideally the world would be free of prejudice but in reality that will not happen for an awful long time, if at all.
It’s refreshing to see the change in recent times towards people of different creed, colour, sex and sexual persuasion – and long may that continue.
And yet, without wishing to dredge up old arguments from the ‘Coolest area of Britain’ thread, it’s becoming increasingly noticeable the number of groups that have been founded offering restricted membership to non straight, christain, male caucasians.
It seems that these are now the only people unable to express an opinion without being judged.
Whilst parties like the White power movement are slated as prejudist or just down-right bigoted it’s fine to see job advertisements where ‘Non whites need not apply’.
The increasing lean towards equality is great but hopefully that’s what we’ll see rather than a swing in the opposite direction.

Not sure Razeen.
I understand the evaporation argument and even tried to use it myself.
It seems there are other reasons though in addition to this.
Way over my head but something to do with impurities I think.
Learnt that hot water freezes faster than cold !!
Cost me a tenner in the process though :(

OK at least I now know the answer to my original query (no pun intended).
"What’s wrong with that ?" – Absolutely nothing Nixer.
Some men are that way inclined.
Some aren’t.
I just happen to fall into the latter category but have no problems with people who differ.
Now on this site, which at present seems to be attempting to gain nomination for the most politictly correct site of the year award, that is either going to: –
a) Make me a closet gay
or
b) Ensure I suffer endless criticism for having neanderthal beliefs
Not sure whether you’re being genuinely naive, pedantic or just plain argumentative but regardless: –
The sexual act between members of the same sex, who just happen to be male.
Chicken phal
Male loving
20 pints of Guinness
Chili con carne
Sausage, egg & beans
Spot the odd one out (or should that be in ?)
Quality !
Don’t you just love the old ‘If you don’t agree with homosexuality – you must be gay yourself’ argument ?
Amazing then that, considering early man’s thoughts on the subject, the world is fastly becoming overpopulated.
Couldn’t give a toss either way what people do but if I was asked the question I’d probably side with not agreeing with it.
Does that make me gay, freud and friends ?
IMO Henman has got to the point where he must despise the approach of Wimbledon.
He and hopefully all of the country have by now realised that while he is, without doubt, the best player we’ve produced in recent years he simply hasn’t been good enough to beat the best in the world.
That is no fault of his by the way.
If I were in his tennis shoes I’d be far, far happier playing overseas.
As for the emergence of Scottish tennis fans (never thought I’d use those three words in the same sentence), Murray seems a decent player but why the ‘I don’t want to be associated with being British – I’m Scottish’ comments followed by the on court Saltire flag ? – (yes, I know he hasn’t reproduced it at Wimbledon).
Don’t get me wrong I love seeing people proudly showing off their national colours but just can’t understand why it seems acceptable for everyone else other than England.
I live in the middle of Birmingham and a couple of years back was refused entry to a completely neutral pub for wearing an England shirt on April 23rd.
The very same pub that had held St Patricks’s day celebrations the previous month.
Enjoy "your" moment of glory if that’s how you see it.

London’s a sh*thole,
Worked there for neary two years and hated every minute of it.
It’s every man for himself and the prices are stupid.
Having lived in Birmingham my whole life you’d think I’d be sick of the place but recent developments have made it a lot more appealing.
Edingburgh’s a great place, especially during the fringe.

Simple – Cheltenham
Can’t think why though
Awful news.
Although I never knew him personally he seemed like a thoroughly nice and genuine fella.
He’ll be sorely missed and my thoughts go out to his family and friends.
"But sometimes you’ve gotta fight to be a man"
Just as long as you don’t mind spending 9 months behind bars for taking the law into your own hands.
Or alternatively getting kicked to sh*t, because "There were three of them" you know !!!
Surprised good ol’ Kenny never made it to President with such sound advise
