I don’t know where on earth you pulled that one from Greenasgrass, but an absolute stonker of a selection.
Mick The Jiver for me if he’s a big enough ew price. Enright is quite good at getting them there with at least a chance.
The 12-1 for Valtor is a great price. He will do for me in a trappy looking race.
I think that there’s enough question marks over Cyrname here, and though he’s short enough himself, I’ll be with Vinndication
I’m very keen on Wholestone here, and I thought that 10-1 was definitely worth taking.
I should add that I’ve already taken Sir Busker, but going by the market vibes, I can’t be confident
It’s a shame that Princess Zoe doesn’t go, but with that in mind, I’ve put more on Leoncavallo
Al Ruffa looks completely overlooked here. Even with place concessions on offer, I’ve went for 25’s the win.
I can’t miss out on 20-1 for The Lir Jet here, I think that he’s the type to bounce back.
20-1 for Bless Him is big. I’ve taken that already, he’s got a race like this in him.
Coltrane at 10-1 looks like a big price here, but I think it obviously depends if he goes for The Cesarewitch.
It’s probably best to be cautious right now, as the owners have other options here.
September 10, 2020 at 12:01 in reply to: Best Irish racehorses over jumps ever in order of merit? #1500599I’d agree with your re-analysis of Dawn Run. Number 3 is definitely based on achievement, rather than merit. I should add I’m not trying to be controversial with that one.
I agree with the Golden Cygnet comment. I can’t see the horse mentioned anywhere without getting upset. Oh what could have been, not that he’d be worthy of the top ten here.
Tough race. Midgely is often the man to follow in these, and he has Saluti in good form. He’ll do for me.
Ah this is tough. Never Said Nothing? That will do, these races sometimes don’t go the way of the big guns, and the big guns are dominating this one. I fancy I might get a biggish price.
If Castletownshend made the cut here, I’d be quite keen. This looks more suitable than the mile he tackled last time.
Galileo Chrome for me now that he’s declared, and I’ll have an ew bet on Tyson Fury, who’s going to be a fine price.
A’Ali definitely the one for me at the prices. This should be easier than his last assignment.
