ts tiresome that the usual Ballydoyle hero worshippers are in an almost stalinist denial that anything of this sort happens
Just as it’s tiresome that the same old people come out bleating about team tactics even in the most ridiculous of circumstances.
Sure Johnny Murtagh’s actually an owl, with 360 degree vision…
I think I know who Aiden is on the phone to, its obviously johnny who has some sort of transmitter in his ear, "Pull out now Johnny! Frozen Fire is starting his run"

Some people seem to think riding a horse in a GP1 is as simple as driving a car, "hang on of him there"

NA v Henry in the juddmonte or Irish champion would be even better! ain’t going happen though.
Great jockey. His job is to ride winners, not to perform a song and dance after every race, Fallon and Piggot got the same [expletive]
Fair point – but as a punter are you not interested in the opinion of a "Great jockey" (your quote) regarding the horses he has ridden or is going to ride?
How about if the press didn’t bother getting any quotes from jockeys?
I personally have no great issue if a jockey doesn’t want to speak to the press, however it is possible to decline without being offensive and abusive. As I was taught from a very early age – civility costs nothing.
I agree, but some people are shy others are not, people must understand that.
Great jockey. His job is to ride winners, not to perform a song and dance after every race, Fallon and Piggot got the same ****
Is the eclipse is losing its appeal lately?
I think Casual Conquest will improve a lot fromt Epsom, maybe not enough to beat NA though, don’t discount a big run from a Ballydoyle horse either
I think there would be a discussion…
Sheikh Mo: So John, how exactly do you win all these Group 1’s with horses you haven’t bought just prior to the race?
Magnier: Piss off fool!

How many times has the derby winner been beaten by horse’s who finished behind him at epsom.Over the last few yrs its been the placed horse’s who have done better at the curragh
reckon Casual Conquest will be in the mix, on his home track
NA vs the duke at 10f in the Irish Champion would be intriguing
he was going backwards fast when he was at the top of the straight, could be looking for excuses
Peeping Fawn, last year’s champion 3YO Filly, will not make her long-awaited seasonal debut in Saturday’s Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh because she is not ready.
The daughter of Danehill, a winner of four Group Ones in 2007, has not run since landing the Yorkshire Oaks last August and plans to bring her to the County Kildare venue on Saturday have been shelved, despite pleasing in a recent workout at Leopardstown.
Trainer Aidan O’Brien has confirmed her absence from the race she won 12 months ago and has indicated that future plans will not be decided until she is ready to return.
"We are just having to wait a bit longer before Peeping Fawn is ready to run. She will tell us and we have nothing definite planned for her just yet," he told the Racing Post.
Peeping Fawn has numerous entries over the summer including the Coral Eclipse Stakes, Princess of Wales’s Stakes, King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes and the Tattersalls Millions Irish Champion Stakes

and I’m sure the fare on offer on the Monday’s after the likes of Aintree or Cheltenham is of the very highest standard!
He mentioned a few years back he cannot get enough of Gallileo’s offspring
Aidan O’ Brien always on his bloody mobile every time he won a race! Why can’t he celebrate like John Best?
He is used to wining

Is there any chance that we could see Aidan O’Brien train horses over jumps again? I would love to see him send just one or two horses at Cheltenham once again. Its just a great shame he turned his back on NH and we never got to see his full potential in the winter code. Perhaps if he was training over jumps this year it could have given Paul Nicholls somthing to think about. When will JP McManus reliase that Jonjo O’Neill is no Aidan O’Brien and JP should try and persude Aidan to train 1 or 2 jumps with his chequebook and Tony McCoy will do the streeing off course. Imagine what a McManus/O’Brien/McCoy partnership will do to NH racing no doubt the winners at Cheltenham and Aintree will roll in!
don’t worry about it mate, its will all be put down to luck, sure with the horses mcmanus is giving him, how could he loose?
