£5 EW :BAHRAIN STORM @ 16-1June 27, 2010 at 08:52 #303326Down to £513 Profit on Flat Season (Started June 1st)
English raider
BENBAUN
has an astonishing record at The Curragh, 7 wins and 7 places from 14 starts all in top grade races, and with Pat Smullen up he looks a safe EW so I’ll kick off with £10 ew double with CAPE BLANCO in The Derby and 3 x £1 ew Doubles and a £1 ew Treble with my first NH bet for a couple of weeks, CLIFTON DEBUT at Uttoxeter.
£28 staked
More later…………..June 27, 2010 at 09:13 #303328"CheltenhamSpecialist" wrote: Down to £513 Profit on Flat Season (Started June 1st)

, that’s a cracking e/w bet given the afore-mentioned record he has at the Curragh.June 27, 2010 at 09:13 #303329"CheltenhamSpecialist" wrote: Down to £513 Profit on Flat Season (Started June 1st)

Yeah horses need alot of good fortune at times in sprints. Hard luck with Profound Beauty, she seems to be 5lbs better round Leopardstown.
June 27, 2010 at 13:49 #303371£35 EW CAPE BLANCO

Mrs CS is a legend.

I noticed your World Cup comp scores are steadily improving since Mrs CS took over the job and now she talked you out of lumping on. What a woman, next you will be telling us she can cook.

June 28, 2010 at 08:00 #303555Nathan…she is a great cook too, we never eat convienience food, even our dog gets freshly prepared meals!!
I’m a lucky chap, her only flaw is that she’s Welsh not Scottish but I can live with that!
June 28, 2010 at 08:05 #303558Only bet today £5 DRAWING BOARD (Nap) 3.15 Pontefract
My competition nap in "The Spindrifter Stakes" named after Sir Mark Prescott’s wonderful colt who, in 1980, won 14 races as a two year old, 10 of those consecutively, before being tragically lost after a freak training accident early the following year.
Drawing Board is at least going in the right direction with two wins out of two although he’s got a long, long way to go to catch SpindrifterJune 28, 2010 at 15:55 #303612No disgrace to be beaten a head by a 2-y-O with top grace form lines, 63p profit on my bet
Flat Season Profit now stands at £638.76No bet tomorrow but I think I’ve unearthed a real cracker for Wednesday evening….watch this space…I’ll put the horses name up after the RP betting forecast comes on line tomorrow evening
June 28, 2010 at 16:06 #303614Is it in a handicap at Fairyhouse
Second behind a Guineas winner in the past
June 28, 2010 at 16:20 #303616Is it in a handicap at Fairyhouse
Second behind a Guineas winner in the past

That would be telling
…no right meeting, wrong race, I avoid handicaps as far as possible…it’s in the last, I’m sure you’ll work it out, the clue is "Galway"June 28, 2010 at 17:00 #303621Awh, I remember that too well having backed him!
June 29, 2010 at 11:58 #303764Change of plan for today, TRF member "thehorsesmouth" identified a jockey/trainer combo that can’t be ignored, Pat Smullen riding, what on form looks a total no-hoper, for Willie Mullins.
The price is poor, looks like the money’s down, I’ve had £13.79 to win, ok that’s a strange stake but that’s the odd money in my account…oh yes, the horses name?WEE GIANT
in the last at Sligo

He’s been withdrawn
but hold’s an entry in the QR race on Thursday along with a stablemate with a very similar profile, looks like whichver one they run should win. I imagine JTM will be up.PS I must be stupid as I can’t find horse you refer to above, is he amongst the overnight declarations?
