I’m 1st Art Du Val, 6th Burj and 2nd for Promise of Success..
At least let ADV win and get us in the winning slot Raymo.
I’ve had a big change round of my stable tonight, it all started when I got a notification that one of my horses Winter Lightning had been withdrawn from the League and I had a free swop, I changed him for Blue Point and then went on to add Poetic Charm, Promise of Success, and Asoof. I already have Art Du Val and Zaman. Only two more swaps left for me so I’m saving them for Super Saturday and World Cup, so need some good points tomorrow to keep me going till then.

Good luck with your picks everyone, some really good races tomorrow…Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 14, 2019 at 10:24 #1397377I’ve also just had a swap around. Very similar bonus predictions to you Jac (and maybe Raymo), except I have Burj as 7th. Still no points for Mubtasim from last week and no reply to my email
Might have to take to Twitter….February 14, 2019 at 11:06 #1397380Really strange regarding the win of Mubtasim Tonge, looking down their list of horses he hasn’t been allotted his points for that success.
I’m sure the powers that be will put that right soon, but what happens if you swap him out?
At least nobody has points for that win and be interested what Twitter is saying.
Good luck this afternoon..
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 14, 2019 at 11:55 #1397381Yes, I wondered whether I ought to leave him in – but then decided not to as I’d be even more miffed if I missed out on replacing him with a winner! Anyway, I assume they have records and, if they don’t who’s to say I didn’t swap him in after he’d won?
Good luck everyoneFebruary 14, 2019 at 13:02 #1397388That’s a strange one Tonge, obviously a big gaffe on their part, but just as annoying
that they haven’t got back to you……black mark for Godolphin
I’ve swapped around my stable, and in the bonus I’m pretty much in line with everyone
with my finishing order being 1,3 and 4. Art Du Val/Promise Of Success/Burj.Best of luck to all today
February 14, 2019 at 13:30 #13973921st Art Du Val

February 14, 2019 at 17:34 #1397418At least we all got the winner Nathan, I was one out with Burj but the racing today had made up for that, think we must all be moving on up a few places, I’ve had the fabulous three and just waiting for Zaman in the last for the icing on the cake.

Looking forward to hearing how we all got on later
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 14, 2019 at 19:13 #1397429Hope everyone got a few winners today. I’m now on 2940 points – 494th. Still nowt on Mubtasim though. Maybe they’ll notice when he runs again. And yes, annoying they haven’t replied too.
February 14, 2019 at 23:35 #1397452Well done Tonge, I’m not far behind you

I got 1120 points today which included 200 Bonus Points for Art Du Val, and was one out predicting for Burj, I had him down for 6th and he was 5th.
Got the filly totally wrong but she ran well in the early stages, I think they were easy on her dropping her back when she started to find it difficult, she’s better than that and this was a tough race for her 2nd time out.Only 2 swaps left so have to be very careful now….
2880 points – 511thGreat days racing, best so far..
JacJust noticed Graham and Nathan one out with Burj too, they predicted 4th. Wonder how Krypton got on
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 15, 2019 at 01:02 #1397458Moved forward a decent bit today, 1,280 PTS (including 200 for ADV in the bonus). That puts
me on 2,900 PTS and shifts me up to position 503. I didn’t have a bean on, but I’m not
bothered about that as most wins came on long odds on shots with the exception of Mountain
Hunter, but then again he wasn’t my only pick in that race. I’ve never really bothered about
flat racing in far flung places, the Breeders Cup and the Melbourne Cup aside, but I must admit
that the competition has put another angle to it and I’m quite enjoying it. You could have me
converted yet Jac
February 15, 2019 at 08:31 #1397461A few points yesterday
1640 points
1119 placedYes, Jac Burj was treading water and you could see from a way back he was going to get pipped for 4th
Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
February 15, 2019 at 09:10 #1397463Getting nearer Nathan
Burj seems to be getting better with each run but still not top class, wish he’d treaded water a bit more and come in 6th
LOLWill update the Leaderboard on Monday when all the scores are in..Jac

LOL.. I think you’re already a closet flat fan Graham with that Mountain Hunter pick
, those were some serious points yesterday and so far puts you in 2nd position (how many swaps have you used up
)Must admit the 6.00pm race has had me stumped so far, with 7 Godolphin horses it was a bit of a lottery but you kind of knew one of them was going to come up trumps. At first I thought it was going to be Stage Magic but he finished 14 lengths behind the winner. Only Sharpalo in 4th spoilt the party for the Godolphin 7 as they finished 1,2,3,5,7.8.9

Keep up the good work, I’m really enjoying this competition the Godolphin Blues are getting me through the Winter blues.

Good luck to all next Thursday..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...February 15, 2019 at 09:35 #1397469Looks like I might be last of our lot now guys!! that beginners luck is running out faster than my horses

Only 200 pts yestie from the bonus winner puts me on 1540 pts I think
Well done the big points scorers yesterday TOP STUFF
February 15, 2019 at 14:06 #1397485@Jac
I’ve used 2 swaps Jac, so still got 3 to go. I decided not to use any swaps
last week, and although I had no runners it meant that I had a swap to be
used on all the last 3 meetings. I’m not sure, but I think the last one is
a bigee, with more group races than previous weeks, so it’s worth sacrificing
a blank week to make sure you have a last week swap. Good luck next week
February 15, 2019 at 15:15 #1397494I’m on 1300 points in 1476th place.
February 17, 2019 at 12:00 #1397802Thanks Krypton moving up bit by bit, I guess you might be saving all your swaps for the big Group races to come on Super Saturday 9th March and World Cup Saturday, a wise move I think.
I’ll update the leaderboard tomorrow and think we’ve had a bit of a shuffle around this week with BigG taking over top slot, but still a long way to go and as Graham said it’s worth having a blank week or two to ensure you have a good stable swap on the last Saturday.

Good luck everyone…Decs will be out on Monday for next Thursday and hoping I have some runners left in my existing stable or else will be relying on the good old Bonus Points..
