Master will win i am certain of that…..He loves Fast Ground.
Cant wait to see him power up the straight….he is a galloper relentless one at that. Not much change of gear but he wont weaken thats for sure…he can only lose if done for pace. With Delegator out the back and Evasive not being good enough i cant see him being beatThey say this horse is the best turf horse in the world.
I say its a pig from Dubai

This race is quite tricky as connections havent stated definite racing plans.
I like Tartan Bearer but i would much prefer Soullimon on Previs. If such a ideal situation was to arise i would have to have a say in with my bookmakerWow this thread is a bit premature since we dont have the decs yet. Steinbeck was very impressive on debut but not a fan of sending early season 2yr old over to Ascot on there 2nd run. He will likely to be quite short although unlike last year he is sure not to be another Peter Tchaviosky
"undiminishing support O’Brien heaps on to their race year in year out when others fall away."
Great point made there…Aga Khan pulled out of British Racing can they really afford to annoy Coolmore who send over Plane Loads of Horses for all the Big Meetings and even Small ones especially Godolphin are going backwards at a rate of knots. Despite what People say they support Epsom and Fill there Prize Money by entering near 100 odd horses every year
My Word this AOB witchhunt is geting out of hand. Sure he was late and very late for that matter but wasnt the Oaks off 10 Mins late on Friday despite the antics of Rainbow View they were only trotting down to the start and mulling around the back when the race was supposed to be off.
Also people blaming AOB for having 6 horses in the race on other threads is a bit Silly since he has no input into which horses go for which races. John Magnier as always makes the decision and fully stood by it in a article in one of the English Papers last week.
Its just the nature of these things that they go off late…He was rightly fined and the issue ends there.
I think theres a bit of a bit of a backlash against Ballydoyle since they didnt win the Derby this year. Sometimes in Life you cant win no matter what you do.
Ah nt too short for a horse going for Dual Derbys in my humble opinion.
Wont get a crazy Sindarr/Galileo/High Chap/Montjeu situation…i cant quite remember but most of them were very short
"Might be a good Trainer"
Thats incredibly Harsh statement to make.
I cant Sea The Stars going off a very short price.
Something like
STS 8/11
F+G 2/1That would be a fair price….cant see anything else geting into it
Well i agree to disagree…..I just have to say one more thing that 2yr olds had no racing last year in Ireland due to the Ground.
RVW=3 Runs
STS= 3 Runs
Gan Amhras=3 Runs
Arazan=3 Runs
Rayeni=2 Runs
FameandGlory=2 Runs
Master=4/5 Runs
BBI=3runs
Freemantle=3 RunsFor me there it the proof that you cant have Top Class 2yr old rating if they dont run…you cant expect them to get Ratings of previous years as they havent raced and the breed has moved on. Its no Suprise that other than Danehill Dancer most of the other Montjeu/Galileo Progeny have been such slow burners. And then the ground was just horrific in Ireland last year…
No way can i have this is a average bunch…..
I remember Zarkava saying to me that out of last year Derby only 5 horses had gone on to win a race…I think this is a exceptional strong Irish 3yr old Colt Division afterall the first 5 home are all Irish Trained.
From a Irish point of view its a immense year for Colts at 3yr old level….UK dont have anything really other than Meehans who have been a big let down so far.
I fully expect the 3yr old horses to beat there elders….so many unexposed horses…Sea The Stars has only ever 5 runs.
I would be very suprised if Sea The Stars doesnt get a low 130 rating at the end of the year…if he doesnt they need to lose there job
I think we can over do it a bit lads. Nothing would have beaten Sea The Stars yesterday….in fact AOB was said to be shocked after the race that he didnt win it. No one expected a preformance of such authority as that and Sea The Stars to stay the Trip as well as that.
Remember though this AOB horses can all be very serious Group 1 horses as they are very slow burners. Still though Sea The Stars is in a different league
Do we all accept Rainbow View hasnt trained on now?
Wow Youmzain….the Harchibald of the flat. Just wants to throw it away all the time.
Wow Lillie was very impressive today….a change of gear that blew her rivals away.
Albany next at Royal Ascot….best 2yr old performance for me so far.
He is a young lad and for people to start giving out about his whip technique so early is hard to believe. He gave it 3 backhanders full pelt and another 3 half ones. Let the horse respond and responded to every single one. Okay maybe he was one to many but i find that harsh enough to spot.
I see McCoy do much worse and especially some flat Jocks…Eddie Ahern anyone?
Okay Final Decs are out
A Mind of her own
Electric Feel(Marco Botti)
Justaroundmidnight
Kitty Kiernan
Lillie Langtry
What about me
Wrong AnswerWrong Answer 6/4 here but i think i be a layer as the difference in ground from heavy to potentially good to firm
(Great Weather here in Kildare) is one i wouldnt want to stake on. I think the winner is from the Naas Maiden between Kitty and Lillie.- AuthorPosts
