The thought of 2/1
Steinbeck
would be very nice!

Am I the only one who can’t see past Steinbeck?
Agreed, it was quite frosty between the Spencers.
I’m glad Paco Boy won today in the manner he did, because it means I get a better price for when Rip destroys him later in the season!
Nice to get an insight TAPK!
At this moment in time, who are you fancying for Oaks/Derby?
Can’t see past Cape Blanco with /Timepiece and Aviate for me!
Emma and Catt are awful, cringe-worthy TV. They make awful jokes, don’t take it too seriously, and are just on the whole very amateurish.
Compare them to Down and Plunkett, thats how your present racing dears.
Think Pipedreamer is a decent each way value bet. Ran a cracker last year in the Champion stakes, tiring over the last furlong. A mile should suit more, and 20s is a great bet, considering the lack of depth in the field.
Just like to say, it was really nice to look back on this, just wish I had picked out some of those bets! Congrats to some of the excellent tipsters out there!
Wish I had backed up my words with my wallet, Timepiece and Aviate slashed in the week! Got them in doubled with Cape Blanco (25s, 33s with 16/1). HOORAY FOR SIR HENRY!
Definitely Lee Mackenzie, followed up by Mark Johnston.
Delegator’s going for the Golden Jubilee at Royal Ascot isn’t he?
At 11/4? Personally rather back 2 others in the field.
Mr Zarkava going to eat some humble pie? I said back the 2 and they would be slashed for the Derby!
How anyone can back anyone other than CHABAL is beyond me. Think Cape Blanco could run a big race, but Chabal’s form is rock solid. Especially with Godolphin reporting him to be in peak condition.
Already got money on for the Derby at 16s and 20s, and if (and when) wins today, he’ll be cut to 6s or 7s.
May 12, 2010 at 19:52 in reply to: Derby Trials Day 5 – The Dante Stakes – with updated scores #2954481. CHABAL
2. CAPE BLANCO
3. CO-ORDINATED CUTCelebrity Deathmatch? Mud Wrestling?
Machines have gone mad with Akderna winning at Naas, today being backed in from 40s to matched as low as 12s (me being a personal layer at the price).
Henry knows what he’s doing! The smart money was on at 32s, even with Zarkava saying she won’t run at Epsom!
Take a bow Henry my boy as Matt Chapman would say!
Rip Van Winkle goes through the season undefeated.
St Nicholas Abbey, does not win a race.
Henry Cecil wins the Oaks.
