Great ride by Skelton.
I know they could not do anything about the non-runners but only 5 starters in such a high profile race is not a good look.
I think he will jump better on less testing ground.
Yes, it should go ahead. How many millions of people use the London Underfround every day? Are we going to shut that down as well?
I am asthmatic so I suppose I should be worried but I am not. What is the point? I do not understand this mass panic. I think we have to continue as normal, heed good advice and ignore scaremongering. We are going to talk ourselves into a recession at this rate.
Let us try and enjoy the festival. Without wanting to sound flippant, I think of Claud Cockburn’s phrase: “In between the crisis and the catastrophe we may as well have a glass of champagne.”
Champ needs better ground. I reckon he would have won easily if the ground had been less testing. He was far better than Minella Indo and Alloha over hurdles.
How long before we hear a bookmaker representative bleating about how bad a result it has been?
If ever a horse was well named it is this one. AP would have been proud of that finish, shades of Wichita Lineman!
Wow! I had almost torn up my ticket!
The way he powered by the second and third – he looks like an absolute machine!

Nice to see Honeysuckle win but imagine how much better the CH would have been if the first two here had been running in that race instead. Thanks four day Cheltenham!
Maybe it was not the best CH ever run but she was class. Never looked like losing. I said she was worth a speculative entry after Newbury (page 4) but did not expect her to win like that!
Maybe she would have won anyway but the Mares allowance is a huge help.
Glad I was on at best odds guaranteed! When I saw how much he had drifted I was worried. He must have some engine to win after a mistake and having to avoid the faller.
Had a bit on Trainwreck each way.
Not involved antepost so have taken the 7/2 against Shishkin best odds guaranteed with Fred. I think that is fair. If he is within striking distance at the last, I really think nothing will live with him. Can see Chantry House chasing him home for a Henderson 1-2.

5.30 RavenhillTo my surprise they did actually talk about this on Luck on Sunday (5 minutes in a 2 and a half hour programme). I agree with Richard Hoiles. There is enough wriggle room in the Fit and Proper Person definition for the racing authorities to do nothing and hope everyone just forgets about it.
If the sport is happy to accept major sponsorship from Qatar it is quite clear it has already lost its moral compass. It is not going to do anything about Sheikh Mo.
