I think the st leger will be between old persian, southern france and won by lah ti dar, but it can be a funny race at times and im happy to just have a small win bet on an outsider, he was 33/1 last night and i was hoping id get bigger, but ill settle for 25/1, rostropvich should win that comfortably, GC the main danger but donnacha on board it should be straight forward and 2/1 looks a gift. The irish champion again just a small bet, i think roaring lion is much the best horse, but oisin will have to be pretty smart (which he is) and get pretty lucky to not be butchered in the race, so again im happy tonjust havena small bet, might add to my laurens bet in the matron on the w/o market

Get in, delighted for laurens, what a horse, hopefully alpha is ok there she definitely took a false step and faultered slightly.

Thanks green and vtc, she sure did, although as game as she was and as much as shes probably my fav horse, AC was clincially abnormal after the race and she definitely looked that way after going to win the race, she will have her day again in the BC MILE and shes been pushed out to 5/1 which is crazy, ive already got my max bet on her at 9/2 but 5/1 is just wrong aslong as she is not out injured

    Moyglare

2 points beyond reason @8/1 I dont like the irish form of skitter scatter, i think zagitova is the best from that race, lady kaya will be bang there again, angelic light won for me at a big price last week, but stepping up here is a big ask

    National stakes

1 point mohawk @25/1 Cant have quorto and i think AVD will be the best of these, but i liked mohawks last run and i think hes over priced.

    Vermeille longchamp

Again, the ground is listed as good to soft and i dont think it will be, that being said, figuring out the ground there has proven more difficult than some races…. i like magic wand in this, the french horses this season havent been great overall, if she runs to her best she wont be far away2 points magic wand @7/2

Yeah, 4f out i thought the godolphin horse was cooked but stayed on well to nab us on the line, waldgeist saved the day, won that nicely i thought, overall a good weekend!

Sad about alpha centauri and saxon warrior though

    Galway 5.45 (tues)

Have been waiting for this horses handicap mark to drop and drop it has, by 24lbs since his initial mark, but more importantly 10lbs since his run at galway. ground might not be heavy enough for him, and a drop back to this trip again i think will suit, has been out of sorts since his maiden but that was probably just because he was way overrated, hes a fair price and ill probably play e/w again tomorrow if i can get a better price, was hoping for 50+

Ham, that Giorni Felice got some support before the off. What did you think of the ride.

I’ve made a note for it next time.

Yeah he sure did, i expected him to shorten when it went heavy but not like that, stable were confident and i dont usually like to be to harsh on a jockey because its split second decisions etc, but he gave him a shocker, put him on the rail when he shouldnt have and absolutely mullered him from then on, plugged on at the end, Wouldnt have won, but im confident he would have been alot closer, but in hindsight his mark could slip further which is like you say, only more reason to keep him onside NTO

Ill be following him on winter ground until he wins, hopefully pops up at a nice price

    Ayr gold cup

1 point kimberella @80s Hes been floating around 80-90s all morning on the exchanges and i think its a silly price regardless of the ground/draw, hes an off and on horse but has the abillity for this, has won over 7 so im hopeful that 6 on this ground will be fine, this race is a lottery and id rather play small on the outsider with the claimer on board.

    Hamilton 1.30

0.5 point e/w gates of horn @150/1 Not going to back this up with much comment because of the price and its highly unlikely, i fancy an upset in this race, i think its rotten looking, i had it between kickham street and gates of horn, sided with the the horse 10x the price of the other, was beaten very easily by the fav, dwelt coming out the stalls, very green, should benefit for the run and receiving 6lbs, wouldnt be a shock if he ran into 3rd, i think its crazy to have anything at that price in this type of race. Not that its a confident selection or anything lol still crazy though imo.
