Unlucky to lose that Joni with Double Or Bubble..I’m sure 2nd is the new 1st this year as most of mine have gone that route too..like Arecibo on Saturday.

Keeping everything crossed that Richard Hannon will put James Doyle on Snow Lantern for the Falmouth he has rides booked on Friday but nothing down for the Falmouth so watch this space.
Going to back her at 5’s tonight ..good luck for the July Cup Meeting it’s set to be rainy but hoping for sunny intervals..Jac :good:

Hope you have a fab time at Newmarket Jac and that the rain stays away. Unfortunately Sean Levy rides again tomorrow and it looks a seriously hot race BUT she looks a decent price now and I’ll probably have a few quid tomorrow depending on conditions.

    A couple for today:

    £50 win Stowell – 2-1 – 1.50 Newmarket lost
    £25ew Dingle – 8-1 – 4.45 Newmarket lost
    £25ew Path Of Thunder – 4-1 – 4.45 Newmarket winner
    £50 win Poet Of Life – 9-4 – 7.50 Newbury winner
    £5 win Trixie +£28.25

A small profit yesterday and it looks a great card today. Haven’t got time for a long post but hoping that Snow Lantern can do the business in the big one though I’m concerned about the filly that beat her at York… Fingers crossed!

    £25ew Primo Bacio – 6-1 – 3.35 Newmarket lost
    £50ew Snow Lantern – 4-1 – 3.35 Newmarket winner
    £25ew Inveigle – 4-1 – 4.10 Newmarket lost
£1ew Yankee the above with Vadream -£40.70
£1ew Super Heinz – Light Refrain, Stormy Ocean, King Frankel, Sadmah, Amtiyaz, Fabilis and Snow Lantern -£41.70

Get in you absolute beauty!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a winner more! I so hope you are there to see it Jac? And good old Sean Levy. I’ve been very critical but he did brilliantly there as I thought she was trapped with nowhere to go. What a horse – she’ll be even better over further as well..

When Snow Lantern was boxed in I was thinking of you Joni, jac and what happened at York. Holding her up paid today. Not that it seemed that way two out.

I know both of you have felt Snow Lantern was a Group 1 filly for some time.

    Very, very Well done. :good:

Thanks Mark! The interview with Sean Levy was very good after as well. He has put so much into this horse and I am really glad it paid off today. He seems a very genuine guy too. :good:

Thanks Ginge :good: and well done Joni and Nathan also..Sean Levey is forgiven he even signed my racecard.

There was a great atmosphere there after she won and considering she beat Mother Earth after looking like history might repeat itself when SL got trapped against the rail what on earth could she have achieved..A beautiful filly just like mum.. (not forgetting dad) ;-)

Great racing today and watch out for Clear Skies for the first

I’m with Creative Force and Rohaan for the July Cup.. :good: :good: So may the Force be with us today Joni.

Well done with Star Man Joni a very popular winner of the July Cup. :good:

Creative Force was extremely unlucky to encounter trouble bring squeezed on the rail, he was flying at the finish. Don’t rule him out for next time having seen him in the paddock he is a pocket rocket a proper sprinter type more to come from him. :good: Jac

What a superstar Hurricane Lane is turning out to be. He absolutely destroyed that field last night and I’m sure they will have a rethink about the Arc now. It really is turning into an extraordinary year for Frankel!

One bet today. Japan has not had the best of seasons and this is probably not his optimum trip but he is a Group 1 horse and should still be able to beat this poor field. I’m surprised he isn’t odds-on.

    £100 win Japan – 6-4 – Leopardstown 6.00 winner
