    Of those I’ve seen, I would have no hesitation in naming Pearlyman as the best.<br>Of course the older generation are always up against it when the 18 year olds are dominating the voting :biggrin:

    Just out of interest, what percentage of the voting public do you think voted for Labour?<br>When you consider all the people who never voted, and all the people who voted for one of the other parties, my guess is that it was something like 15% <br>So if 15% of the people vote for you, you have complete control of everything that happens in the country?

    Some bloody democracy that.

    Well I agree with you LM.<br>If I wanted to live in Somalia or India, I would have applied to move there, but now I feel like I’m living there anyway, and I don’t like it. <br>So after spending almost 50 years living in West London I feel like I’m being forced out,  English is a foreign language where I live.<br>Some people might be verry happy to put up with that, but I’m not one of them.<br>In a few more years it will be the same all over.

    I’m originally from Chiswick, but I lived in Northolt for 13 years, and I’m now living in Hayes.

    Harrow sounds like paradise compared to where I live. :biggrin:

    Maybe I should point out that although the two girls in the picture are my daughters, the big bloke at the front is not me, he weighs in at 42 stone.<br>No, I’m sat on the bench about 100 yards behind them. :)

    I hope there was a stewards enquiry into the improved form of this horse? He showed decent form last season but he has been beaten a total of 235 lengths in three races this season, including a 67 length defeat just over a week ago when he was last of the seven finishers.

    If there was no enquiry about this then what’s the point in having stewards?

    I only ever watched it because of the familiar presenters. I won’t be watching anymore.
