Thanks for ignoring the bit where I have asked if you are accusing me of being someone else! so Potato didn’t annoy you or throw insults your way or accuse you of being someone else, and that therefore makes it fine? I was annoyed at him constantly accusing me of being Ginger especially after I’d told him I wasn’t so yes in real life if he did that and kept prodding he would of had to deal with the consequences.. sorry if you feel that’s ok for him to keep insulting people because YOU are not the one being accused.. so yes it is easy to sit behind a keyboard and sling **** with no consequence and is the action of a SHITHOUSE, just like you have done here by casually implying I’m a previous poster!?!?! .
So as long as it isn’t aimed at you then it’s fine.

Homer – why should people just walk awaywhen they are being accused etc?

Well I’m the other person, he didn’t just accuse he was relentless and would not let it go, so yes I’m afraid I lost my temper just like I would if someone did that to me face to face, If I broke the site rules so be it!! I’d had no problem with Potato before the Arc thread and his constant Appleby form posts.

Not sure if you imply that I’m this poster or that I should be banned? :bye:

My missus has a go at me for backing any horse owned or connected to the man, and to be honest I didn’t know much about it until she told me.. he also has an issue with one of his wives who escaped with their children, anyway I feel like I’m talking to myself!

They have had runners with other trainers before, Hourglass with M Botti and they had a J Quinn horse this year though with someone else.

    4 40 Kempton

    win RAAJIN 14/1
    win BEAUTY CHOICE 33/1

2 full strength win bets as the team once again viciously attack the short priced fav from Charlie ‘Sick Note’ Appleby.

If you arent making money from blindly laying these short priced Appleby runners at the moment then shame on you. This thread isnt about lays though its about winners.

Ginger why dont you post in your own id rather than the bizzare Igor Biscam you use to talk to yourself or back yourself up.

“Andre Fabre had just won the arc there was no reason for him to lie about the ground.

You could make a case for Gosden wanting to lie in some kind of denial that his horse simply got beat by a better one.

As for Appleby he is not going to come out and publically say he has a virus- FACT

Trainers talk all sorts of rubbish to the media but Fabre and many other winning trainers jockeys had no reason to lie.

Absolutely I pick and choose when I think a trainer is telling the truth and when they are lieing. They all do both.”

Fact is i believe in facts and maths more than people, they don’t lie.

SR has a good bit up about the sectionals…. and good to see him agree with some on here about the going…

Behind the first six, the closing sectionals are pedestrian, even after allowing for ground that was probably between “good to soft” and “soft” judged on wider times.

it seems you pick and choose when a trainer speaks the truth Potato!?!? Gosden is gospel on the ground etc but Appleby is lying about his own horse.. by the way the sectionals all prove his horse did far too much too soon but still…

Ghaiyyath was done and eased up!! obviously flattered by the German race as he was done getting over and leading and just looked like a tired horse, he got done by 5 lengths by the winner earlier on in the year.. Appleby has already said it’s because he needs a massive break between races.. FA to do with a virus or anything else, simply wasn’t up to the job…

“I think we will finish him for the year,” said Appleby.

“As for the future, we will plan to give him extended breaks between his races. It is disappointing, as we were happy with the horse, but history is telling us he needs more time between runs.”

creating my own standard/mean on 18 runnings at Longchamp from 2000 gave me 2.29.29 secs the time was 2.31.99 so 2.7 off mean, average time before 1968 was about 2.35, after that it seems to be about 2.29/2.30 so the arc wasn’t that slow perhaps more soft than v soft or heavy, workforces time on the same (official) going was 2.35.3.

She looked a bit edgey at the start something that in the last few races has been creeping in, she sweated up and looked hard work early on in the race… also looked like she and frankie thought they had it won once they beat off sottass and that took a bit of doing or sottass and enable did eachother in which looking at the sectionals they produced for the final 5f seems to indicate, sottass = 12.36, 12.87, 12.93, 12.54, 13.41 enable = 12.34, 12.90, 13.08, 12.37, 13.40.
She almost got caught like you say last year by SOC this year she did get caught…. Waldgeists jock was always watching enable and following sottass(started it at 12sec following sottass and looking for enable every few seconds), I thought he had a gap to go between them but intenionally switched wide as enable seems to like a close battle and how right he was.
I still don’t go with the ground that did her as she managed to produce top speed in the race I just think she was tactically out done.

Just because a horse doesn’t win it doesn’t mean it hasn’t ran to form.

Kings command had been gelded, just because a horse is favorite doesn’t mean it SHOULD win, they clearly thought something of KC or they wouldn’t of put him in the Superlative…

“King’s Command has been slightly disappointing since winning nicely on debut. He has been gelded since his latest start and we are hoping that it will bring about an improved effort.”

    Well they were right. :bye:

Put me down for the looney farm then, his horses are running to form, 9/10 of the 15 have ran as expected the fact they haven’t won means nothing.
The fact Al Hayati drifted from odds on to go off 5-2 tells its own story
