Exact same story as last time, Frankie in best position on the horse who has the best turn of foot and is the best miler out of these. He will kick and take 2, not to be caught!
Very sad news.
I believe Awtaad can be a better horse on good ground and at 7/1 is decent value for this. He beat GG on ground that was yielding in the Irish 2000 and then I think was outstayed on soft ground at Ascot. He is speedy enough so if he can get going early on then who knows.
For all the well deserved hype that these three are getting its strange how they have only won when going off at a working mans price. GG 14’s in the Guineas, Awtaad 9/2 Irish, The Gurkha 4/1 French and GG again in the St. James at 6/1.
Its a trend that is there to be broken but I’ll follow it for a small punt on Awtaad at 7/1. I wont be going balls out on it though as I honestly have no idea who has the best chance out of those three.
Awtaad ruled out instantly from draw
Fair Eva looks an absolute monster, early days but cant see anything touching her in the guineas.
Dutch Connection is a bad’un definitely avoid that. Never finishes his races strongly and quite frankly is a loser. Home of the brave likely to run them ragged.
Highland Reel won well but don’t rate the horse, that was a group 3/2 race at best.
Most of the time it’s about working races out!Easy call
btw Fair Eva is a champion bridle job the GuineasHighland Reel has to be the one here, he was an unlucky loser last time, wasn’t fully wound up on ground he is not 100% happy with. He has quirks like hanging his head to one side and he didn’t settle last time. Moore likely to switch him off and get him in a nice rhythm then kick and its extremely hard to head Moore.
Dartmouth is the fav but I think on Gd-Fm he wont be as effective although he has decent form on the surface. Moore vs Peslier…theres only one winner.
I liked Wings of Desires chances when I was working the race out but he dosent fully stay. The way the race will be ran will suit a patient ride from Detorri but he wont see the trip out fully.
I think postponed would of been hammered, there was nothing to beat in the race…come race day he would of been huge odds on.
There is little point in saying that Churchill is a certainty for the Guineas, if you then wait until the day and then back him when he is 1/3 Fav or whatever.
The whole point about foresight is getting paid for seeing it before the bookies do.
Your 1/3 winning ticket looks a bit like a limp willy, when the guy standing next to you pulls out a raging erection of a ticket with 16/1 writ large on it.
He wont be odds on and about 1/2 weeks before the race most go NRNB anyway so you still get a good enough price. Okay some people might have a couple thousand on him at big odds but what happens if all of a sudden he gets a little nick? They are only horses at the end of the day. Then you are stood there like an idiot thousands of pounds down! Imagine how many people slammed Postponed at 1/2… I bet people had thousands on him and now look? they decide to go for the Juddmonte instead so make up some bs with no regard for the poor bugger who had thousands on him.
Thats why you cant back ante post, it should be scrapped in my opinion it is nothing but thieving but at the same time you have to be an idiot to back ante post.
In other words you’re no good at it.
Whatever you just said dosent make no sense, no good at what backing ante post? If you back ante post you need to kill yourself. How could you put thousands on Churchill now for the guineas? You would have to be a complete idiot! Never mind thousands just hundreds! Although he is likely to turn up there anything can happen!

Like I said there is only one way to win, slam the singles. What Stevie boy tries to do is back 2 80/1 hoping they win and if they do win he only has a couple quid on anyway so pointless bet.
All you do is drain people with the books you write, I’ll give you a real tip. Chill out on the posting mucka, that’s a good lad.

Stevie boy…on a serious note now. Have you won more than you have lost? And don’t lie please because you know and I know the truth

I honestly can not understand some peoples mentality…they say they aren’t interested in a bet that is even money.
Its free money and your not interested? If someone came up to you in the street and said here is 5k you wouldn’t take it? Of course you would and this is the case here, both horses are absolute bridle jobs! If you don’t have a big lump on these two at evens you need to pack the sport in!Anyone interested in the bet doesn’t need you to point out the bleeding obvious.
Get a grip on yourself, why would I want your sappy Even money double when I landed a 62/1 double myself?
The problem is you have landed a 62/1 double yes well done, but the amount of bets you lossed to land that would be phenomenal, you probably lost thousands of bets before you landed that. That’s the problem. This is a risk free bet and guaranteed to double what ever you stake. This is why I am in horse racing. Yes we all like the silly bets at £20 hoping your 6 horses come in but when you get certs you have to slam them. That is the only way to win in horse racing. I remember when I had thousands on solow to beat the donkey grey gatsby in the duty free. Solow was 3/1 and gatsby was 5/4 or 6/4 haha! I didn’t like postponed either but this year he has been excellent and it would take a very good one to beat him this year. He will be unbeaten until the Arc where he has a big chance of winning but I see minding/le cressionere winning that.
