A MUG PUNTER bet saved me from any overnight losses.

I am disappointed with my recent run which is reducing the profit I was basking in.

4 for Thursday and I hope they stop the rot: –

    FAVRA – R3 Newcastle @ SP
    ALCIDES – R4 Pakenham @ SP
    ARCADIA KING – R1 Bunbury @ 8/5
    ENOOD – R2 Kilmore @ 10/3 . . . . . . . . WON 6.0

Nathan. Did I really start all those conversations?

I could only have been a teenager back then.

I am shattered with a capital “F” having arrived here in Norfolk where it is almost tropical at 7 degrees with a calming northerly breeze.

I will check through all that rubbish after an afternoon snooze.

    ;-) ;-) ;-)

I am a happy Mug Punter!

Sporting the Royal colours always fills me with dread and once again I wonder if it is me or are Her Majesty’s horses generally inferior.

    Wednesday: –

    PUNCTUATION – Kempton 6.30 @ 3/4 . . . . . . . . WON

The losing run is now 3!

I have searched the system vaults for the origin of Swimbo‘s system, I searched all 80 pages, so far back that even MrE was a young man. Maybe I missed it, maybe I am also a lot older, maybe my eyesight is poor [they said it would happen], nevertheless was it Swimbo or Rickerty who dug out Grandads System?

    Can you find it?

Wednesday is always the big racing weekday and I have looked at 5 of the meetings and reduced 27 possible selections down to just two: –

    TOMBSTONE – Gosford, Race 1 @ SP

    GREAT KEPPELL – Toowoomba, Race 4 @ 2/1

BURNT FINGERS: – If BF does not meet with your approval Purwell I recall one of the daily newspapers [poss. the Mirror] which used to tip BURNT FINGERS, of course explains itself.

    Gambled on horses!

Shades of beaten favourites Purwell, well surely the same theory applies?

You have a lot of fun with HRB

Snow? Will it stay away for Tuesday?

    BYTHEBAY – Lingfield 4.30 @ 13/8 . . . . . mugged on the line

In the short sample of this idea I have only once before had a losing run of 2 and now it is again a losing run of 2. WILL IT END?

Another soggy Monday morning here in Essex and my son in Perth (Australia) in boasting of splendid sunshine down under. I am just out of bed, not yet had my Porage and I have found a Tuesday pick worthy of my pocket money.

    Tuesday: –

    SCRIBA – Bendigo, R3, @ 7/4 Unibet (boosted) . . . . . WON

That’s life MrE, I have enjoyed a superb experimental month with this domestic idea and after all everything comes to some sort of end but with this next selection maybe I can start afresh with more winners.

    EQUIDAE – Southwell 4.45 @ 6/5 boosted with Unibet. . . . . .Lost

    .
Australia is a non starter for myself this Monday.

I think Sian is a chip off the old block, as the saying goes, MrE. How satisfying it is to know the same DNA is running through you both.

My dear old dad used to say “You can’t see the wood for the trees” or something like that and Sian has proved that fresh eyes will sometime bring something fresh to the subject matter.

I will leave the laying to those who will but it is not for me but without layers there is no game.

As per yourself I have said within the past few days I am off my Australian game, it has become difficult and neither of us can reason why and so perhaps my old dad was right I could not see that which was in front of me and I switched the tools around and landed 4 winners overnight.

Here it is and Bet365 are out of line at 9/4 with the other early prices of only 5/4.

IRISH ROE – Wolverhampton 3.30 . . Great prices are worth nothing if they don’t win :negative:

Get your hands down the back of the sofa, empty the piggy bank, just like the boy scouts, be prepared ‘cos I think we just might have a red hot one for Sunday at Wolverhampton where it will be another funny meeting of NH flat races on the all weather surface.

I was doubtful the other day when SNOOKERED delivered the goods and now I am thinking “Is this another one?”.

I will update as soon as I can.

NIGHT WITCHES starts the new Australian experiment very well indeed but as with all things new they have to be learned as they progress and for Sunday there are 4 selections which are hard to split and finding a stand out is far from easy, perhaps they will all win – I wish!

    FAIRY ME HOME – R5, Sunshine Coast @ 23/20 . . . . . . . . WON
    FIFTYONESTATES – R3, Ballarat @ 11/5 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .WON
    CONQUERED ZONE – R5, Pinjarra @ 17/10. . . . . . . . . . . . WON
    DEROCHE – R7, Launceston @ SP . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .WON
