I was impressed today and as you say she is one to look out for.
I had a quick look through some of her stats and although they are fairly impressive, they are nothing too spectacular in all honesty. The win she had on the same horse at 66/1 in Nov does blow the P/L up significantly.
But again, she is certainly worth keeping an eye on.
I couldnt watch the whole way through.
Just my opinion, but what a waste of time.

It irritates me when their is very little promise indeed shown yet its apparently an obligation to say there is.

Seems to me the reply you received merely indicates they were very happy with the profits of the whole thing, will be going with it again in 2010 and that any other issue you may be raising is irrelevant.
This is one of these age old problems many businesses face, do you put up with the negatives but reap the profits or go back a step and earn less money.
Im of the opinion you dont have to do either and can easily hold such events with proper security etc and prevent such behaviour. But then maybe the cost of the security is again too much for them to consider.
Its all about the money.

Your right and that aspect is quite odd. I would have thought it was normal to get to know each other and check the partnership works etc, or am i being silly?
You can probably do it through Betfair or some other betting firm once you place a bet?
Like all these things it will sound and look hideous, but as you say it will raise money for worthwhile cause so i guess just have to laugh it off.

As you say the debate as to prize money on offer is probably likely to come up, but thats a good thing!
Id like to see a section that goes more indepth into some of the talking points, explaining the process etc.
For example –
Access to pictures of photo-finishes.
Details of stewards enquiries
A section showing handicappers actions.To back up something raised earlier, i also thing clear and concise guidance on the placement of stalls would be a huge benefit.
