High Bridge won nicely there. Gives Glaring a nice form boost, who was taken out of both engagements this weekend. Again, I’m guessing, because of the ground.
February 11, 2017 at 15:33 #1286942Bunk off early into 13s from 30s yesterday for this, what would he be if he wins tomorrow?

If he wins tomorrow he’ll probably close omer in the Neptune market

I know they initially said supreme was target for hkm, exchanges suggest supreme aswell 60s for neptune 13s for supreme from 30s

February 11, 2017 at 16:25 #1286969Sorry, Vautour, but you can’t pull it off :/
Especially not after you said Broken Soul is a mid 150s horse! LOLOL

Not quite; said he could be. He beat Sutton Place who based on form is now a mid 150s horse. It’s all guessing but you can’t get it right all the time. Obviously, with Broken Soul, he’s nowhere near 150 now but we only have the two Hurdle runs to go off. If he turns out to be anywhere north of 150 then you’d have to think Melon has a great shout based on that line of form
February 12, 2017 at 22:27 #1287157Bunk Off Early has surely booked his place despite defeat today, faster pace/surface at Cheltenham and the gained experience will help.
February 13, 2017 at 12:35 #1287191Agree with you Charles i like BUNK OFF EARLY for supreme now think he is 14/1
February 13, 2017 at 14:30 #1287206Glaring’s entered in a novice hurdle at Sandown on Friday.
Current ground – heavy.
URGH he’s going to get pulled again
February 13, 2017 at 17:02 #1287221Looks like the Consul De Thaix dream is over. Matched at 150 earlier. Sometimes you can be right and still lose money.
February 15, 2017 at 00:53 #1287458Interesting that on the racing post podcast one of the tipsters points out that the supreme is normally run at a searching gallop and the neptune tends to be more of a speed test; he thinks finians oscar is tailor made for the supreme.
tom segal says melon is too short as only had one run, however then he tips up charli parcs, saying how it’s an amazing horse. seems a bit hypocritical as both horses have a very similar profile; ie greatly hyped up but hard to weigh up the form

Segal’s done that twice recently. He said something about VVM…something like…she wouldn’t stay 3m but she’d win the Stayers’ Hurdle. Can’t remember exactly.
To be fair though, it’s a different kettle of fish with CP. His form is much stronger and his time from Kempton is extremely good. Not to mention NJH says he’s as good as Buveur D’Air as a hurdler at the same stage of their careers.
February 15, 2017 at 08:40 #1287480At the time of his writing pretty sure CP was double the odds of Melon. I guess if you fancy one you would have to fancy other in many ways so his angle makes sense.

Was it yesterday you said that Finian’s Oscar would definitely run in the Neptune? So why would you now think it was interesting that someone (who no doubt hasn’t backed him for the Neptune) is suggesting it is a good idea to go Supreme?

No need to bite my head off mr genius. Others might be quite grateful that I’m actually bothering to report a piece of information, rather than just going on about some bet I’ve placed.
