January 29, 2017 at 20:58 #1284633I have no idea, I quoted Ruby. 5/1f in the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle for a once-raced maiden hurdle winner. LOL. Your head needs testing if you’re backing that, seriously.

Lol, very good mate
January 29, 2017 at 21:39 #1284643When you put it like that yes it does sound pathetic. One races maiden winner.
I just haven’t seen anything be impressive at all though except Charli parcs who will be my nap wherever he goes.
Melon won his maiden convincly and has a lofty reputation at home.
Many of supreme horses didn’t win first time out that cosily.
But agree 5/1 is very short but the 10/1 before the race was the key.
If Charli parcs races he wins though so just bare that in mindJanuary 29, 2017 at 21:52 #1284645When you put it like that yes it does sound pathetic. One races maiden winner.

January 29, 2017 at 21:57 #1284646Yeah I’ve got him to win any race.
I think he will have 2 more runs before Cheltenham which will lower his odds drastically so have to bet him now. He runs at Musselburgh Saturday and will probably be 1/10 and win in a canter but the bookies will probably half his odds just because they canJanuary 29, 2017 at 22:01 #1284647Yeah I’ve got him to win any race.

Are you worried about the fact that Charlis been kept to flat tracks??? IMO opinion,if JP had more amo,i think Charli would miss the fez and turn up at aintree instead

See, this is the thing. It’s not 10/1. Obviously it depends on the prices, but if you’re backing every Mullins talking horse to win the Supreme, you’re going to end up with bad odds. If you backed Crack Mome at 10/1 the other day before he got beaten, and then 10/1 today on Melon, in the hope he’ll be Mullins’ Supreme horse, you’re getting 5/1. So if someone’s done level stakes on Crack Mome and Melon at 10/1, they are in a worse situation than they would have be had they just waited for something more solid. Then throw in Cilaos Whatever and Senewalk, plus whatever other one they fancied and you’re looking at unfathomably stupid odds, maybe even 2/1.
My concern with Charli Parcs is that if he runs at Musselburgh and Kempton, as seems to be the plan, his 3 runs in the UK will have all been on right-handed, flat tracks. You’d also be a fool not to be a little concerned about being a 4yo up against slightly older horses. What price have you got to win any race?
January 29, 2017 at 22:15 #1284658To be fair I never bet Mullins hotpots and I haven’t this year. The only exception was today and the only reason I done it was because there was literally no horses out there that have impressed me enough to want to back them for this race other than CP. so I thought surely melon will finally break the mould and put up a decent performance and he did so I was just extremely lucky.
I much prefer Henderson hotpots for this as they are much better value although didn’t pay off this year as I bet Jenkins at 20/1 who may not run although it worked last year with Altior I got 20/1January 29, 2017 at 22:18 #1284659On ages ago at 20s and also had 10’s NRNB and 9’s NRNB – Melon
50s 25’s 10’s NRNB 16s NRNB – Crack Mome
I’ll redirect you to my prices on Melon and Crack Mome. Cant see how that gets me 2/1, but you know more than me mate
January 29, 2017 at 22:29 #1284667I’m not talking about you, Jaymo. Chill.

Are you sure???
January 29, 2017 at 22:31 #1284669I literally asked you before he ran what price you got on Melon and you told me 20/1
January 29, 2017 at 22:34 #1284670Ok mate, only 6 weeks to go then the horses can do the talking. Cheers
January 30, 2017 at 00:39 #1284704Melon looks like the real deal.
