Value Is EverythingOctober 5, 2008 at 18:59 #183532I would be surprised if Betfair bets don’t stand

Our General Rules state that “in the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness in the markets we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a market earlier than anticipated by the Betfair Rules and/or void certain bets or a market in its entirety.”
So please be aware that we are doing the following in relation to the Prix de l’Abbaye market:
The win market will have all unmatched bets cancelled, including “keep” bets. We will be voiding all bets after the off time of 14:23:57 (CET). The market will then be reopened, with all pre-race bets standing.
All unmatched bets will be cancelled in the Place and A v B markets, and the markets reopened.
October 5, 2008 at 19:03 #183536Hello,
I moved heaven & earth to get 80/1 for ROCK HARMONIE, can I keep this price I wonder???
Pardon the pun, but I am continuing to OVERDOSE on Sauvignon Blanc and Scrumpy…delightful..
Seriously, hard luck, Darren and all Overdose’s connections, but chin up, worse things happen at sea…
regards,
doyley
