Have an amazing time at your happy place Jac! Hopefully you’ll find a few winners.

I heard rumors you had a new laptop Graham – how’s it working?

Good Luck everyone – with any bets and comp selections.

Thanks Andre..hope all is well over the pond and the craft fairs are going well. :good:

We’ve had a crazy week in politics this week and I think Pressure’s On might be an appropriate bet for Newmarket today…if he can go the distance..lol 🤣

Godolphin compy very confusing …there are an extra 5 swaps this weekend that you can use at any meeting UK or International.

Hope Graham is back with us soon.

Thankfully Dave been a little better past few weeks. :good:

Getting ready for Newnarket now so good luck to all today,

    :rose:

    Superb pick Jac :yahoo:

I haven’t been on much this week, even missing the start of theMajor,
the PGA. My son Ross and his partner Eleni with my 2 Grandchildren,
Alexander and Leo were up from last Tuesday. On Wednesday I was going
to take a bag out to the bin and was locking the gate at the top of the
stairs, so the wee ones couldn’t get out, when I tumbled backwards down
the stairs (all of them) hit my head on the V of the bottom walls, I must
have been upside-down because I kicked a hole in the plaster 5 FEET up,
God knows how. I was also minus 1 tooth and my balance was gone for 3
days. I don’t know how I do it, but it never seems to be by halves

Oh, and my new laptop is working a gem :good:

The good news, my NAP “The Song Of The Clyde” did the trick at 18/1 :yahoo:

Great stuff from the dynamic duo :yahoo:

After watching the crap fest of a cup final I am now onto proper sport, boxing from Doncaster.
What ever happened to our great game?
Anyway have a great rest of weekend

Crikey Graham you must be like Iron Man doing stunts like that, but seriously so relieved you came out of it ok in the end albeit it minus one tooth. I can’t imagine how scary that must have felt.
On the plus side your new laptop 💻 is working like a dream and you’ve turned in an 18/1 Nap this afternoon.. things are definitely looking up :yahoo:
Great to have you back. :rose:

My day at Newmarket turned into a winning one when Expert Agent stormed in at 4/1 and then Chasing Time at 22/1 beat his odds on stable mate. Could not believe he went off at that price he was around 6/1 in the morning.
Notable Speech was my other winner in The Lockinge and it looks like the Godolohin Horses are back on track again with Talk Of New York and Anno Domini flexing their muscles on the Rowley Mile. Let’s hope whatever was ailing them is now well and truly gone.

Finaly out of the stalls this week in Select 3 Horses with Expert Agent winning but long way to catch you now Graham that was a terrific Nap and must have cheered you up no end..Well done. Keep ’em coming :rose: x

Nick I didn’t even know it was the FA Cup Final today or who was in it.
Enjoy the Boxing and hope you had a few winners today.. I had a great day at HQ today but not a lot for the future notebook but would say that Pam Sly’s horse in the ladt Wrydcroft looked really fit. He carried a lot of weight in the race and it was an apprentice race so look out for him next time. :good: Jac

Sorry I’ve been a bit absent this week, one thing and another

Anyway, still breathing the bracing Scottish air (bloody freezing), but
I’ll settle for that. I’ve got Big Gossey on Jac, got him at 20/1. It’s
a bit of a canundrum, I’m a big fan of Bucanero Fuerte and Spycatcher too.
It would cost a bit to cover them all with reverse doubles/tricasts and
wins, so although Big Gossey hasn’t really got a happy draw, he’s got the
bottle to run it all alone up the far side if he can’t get over.

I’ve backed my Pick 3 horses, I’ll copy them here……

    2.40 York – Legal Nymph

    3.05 Curragh – Big Gossey

2.20 Haydock – Suspended Sentance *nap*

    Reserve – 16.25 York – Northern Brave

Suspended Sentance should never be 40/1 4 places (or 25/1 5 places with
Skybet) and Northern Brave should never be 20/1. Legal Nymph is my
shortest priced one at 10/1, but I think he’s got the handicapper pulling
lumps of his beard out, and he hasn’t got close. I think he has a great chance.

So that’s it from me, I didn’t even manage to get my golf bets on for this week,
Darren will think I’ve gone AWOL B-)

    Hope everyone is doing well.

I hope you (& your laptop) have recovered from your fall Graham! I’m sure you enjoyed seeing your grand-kids. I’m sure they are growing like weeds! Good luck with Big Gossey later today.

How is Dave doing Jac? Hopefully he’s getting better with each passing day.

A rare weekend off for us. Watching a little racing before going out into the garden, lots to do out there, so no peace for the wicked!

I need to check on my Godolphin stable later too.

    Take Care Everyone
