Thanks Nick over the moon with that.
I knew he had a big race in him.
Best of luck with your bets later. x Jac

My Nap in 3 horses also came home earlier Hilitany 2.35 Lingfield…he’s fresh back from Meydan and had been hitting the post lately..like me.🤣

Wow 💥 💥 what a horse Rebel’s Romance is ❤️ that was easy for him and Fort George ran a cracker too.

Was watching Will Buick interview and he said this horse IS Godolphin they all love him so much as we do.
Well done RR I reckon he has an RR engine too. Jac

Unlucky with Dividend Nick but 2nd still gives a decent EW return. :good:
Crisford is flying at the moment and now has two lively contenders for World Cup Saturday in Quddwah and Meydaan.

Looking forward to seeing how Talk Of New York fares as he hasn’t the best of draws and I’m playing Pacific Avenue to beat him….
At least I’m playing with Paddy’s Money today. :good: Jac

Think the Crisford’s have a decent chance of making it a treble tonight with Telemark in the penultimate race.

    5.55 Telemark- 7/1 – EW

I think the favourite might struggle from the high draw and Telemark is handy in Draw 4 with Buick onboard. Jac. :good:

Talk of new York will be a good watch, plenty have been chatting him up for the 2000, very impressive debut and an open looking Guinea’s but 12s would not interest me. Probably be 6/4 after tonight

Another Crisford winner in the 2000. Talk Of New York spoilt his chances really but he’ll come on for that, didn’t really fancy him tonight.
Very pleased with my Pacific Avenue running 2nd, thought he might nab it.

Worry times in Dubai as Iran launch retaliatory strikes in the Middle East.
Let’s hope things don’t escalate further. :rose: Jac

If that wasn’t meant to be, with just over a week to Cheltenham,
I don’t know what was. Your keen eye comes to the rescue Jac and
with perfect timing. Absolutely superb :yahoo:

So pleased for you Jac, those bookies will be running a mile if you
come near. I love to see it :good:

I had a day I could have done without, I didn’t see any of the races
at Meydan and only just managed to get on my competitions before I
retired for the afternoon. Mostly a lucky (not) pin just to get something
on. Anyway, time to recover for Cheltemham. I’ll be ready :good:

Thanks Graham chuffed to bits to see Native Aporoach win that, I bet Charlie Appleby wished he still had him.

Another ex Godolphin horse who ran well in the 7.00 at Southwell last night was Tribal Wisdom (Frankel) now trained by Ian Williams. He came from last position to nab 2nd place in the final stages of the race.
Well beaten by the winner who was favourite but it was an eye catching run from the widest position and it’s worth a watch Graham :good:

I know how much you’re looking forward to Cheltenham Graham and I’m looking forward to seeing you pull it around and give old Paddy’s satchel a good bashing.🤣

    Godolphin Fsntasy points update…

Very few points on offer yesterday but good old Rebel’s Romance brought in 400 plus points and we also gained points for Pacific Avenue and Talk Of New York.
No Bonus points for me and I end up with…
    Position – 77th
    Points – 4950

As you said Graham no chance in catching the leaders and it looks like the Crisfords are holding all the aces going forward to Dubai World Cup night. 🏆

Take care and stay safe..Jac  x

Much as I take world events very seriously ( to the point where I’m now avoiding the news as I get so despondent) when I did hear about Dubai being bombed my first thought was I hope Rebels Romance is ok and I thought of that photo of Nearco being kept underground in a bomb shelter. I love RR.

My thoughts mirror yours Moe but at present I think most of the anti missile devices are keeping the majority of Dubai safe and I did read that Emirates and other airlines are operating flights back to the UK at present so hopefully any unfortunate travellers caught up in this will be able to get home quickly.

Seven years ago we stayed at the Meydan hotel and went to a pre World Cup meeting, not a major super Saturday like yesterday. It was the year Blue Point won the Dubai World Cup. We were just a day too early to attend a visit to Godolphin’s Al Quoz establishment and see the horses. I looked up the area this aternoon to see if there was any imminent threat and it is thankfully quite low as the missiles are being aimed at high profile buildings in the area. All I hope and pray is that they don’t hit the Burj Khalifa because that would be a major disaster.

Like you I am getting very despondent about looking at the news from the sleeze of the Epstein Files to a mad orange person in a USA hat taking the law into his own hands.
I really hope this doesn’t escalate further it’s a dangerous world we are living in.

On a lighter note…Roll on Cheltenham and let all the horses come back sound and safe. Jac

Did you see my beloved Wise Eagle come third in the Morebattle? I couldn’t watch the race; listened to it on racing radio and turned the sound down every time they jumped a fence. The trouble with him doing so well hurdling is that he’ll continue to do it. A £7,000 horse and he has now won over £200,000. We don’t go to Kelso on Morebattle day as it’s so busy but might go next year having found out that they have a best dressed dog competition and Winnie usually wears her tartan coat when we go there. And they’re now selling whippet bobble hats. How can we possibly lose. The ticket lady always has a treat for her.
