Latest update from Meydan is that the Airport has sustained more damage today making it unsafe for planes to take off. Many top jockeys and trainers stranded at the Meydan Hotel. Reports are that all the horses are fine.

Noticed whilst checking up on my Godolphin Fantasy Stable that Rebel’s Romance and Talk Of New York have been withdrawn from the Competition.
I wouldn’t be surprised if both of them were on the Sheik’s first Royal Emirates flight back to the UK.
It’s a good pointer as to how good they think Talk Of New York is going to be and as for Rebel’s Romance, well he’s adored by everyone and glad he is being well looked after. I’m slowly (very slowly) going through them. I’ve spent ages on the
1st race at 2.05. As I’m sure you are all aware I hate siding with
the favourite, but having watched the previous races of those in with
a shout, nothing impressed me as much as Muzaahim who came from last
on the final bend, to go past the rest like they were all trees. Very
