Looks a good race on paper and lets hope its a cracker on the track.
The King George is the only race that Nijinsky, Mill Reef and Brigadier Gerard all won and in consecutive years too!

I hope the filly or Highland Reel wins that would be a fitting winner in either case.
At the prices I will be on the older horse at 6/1.

It’s BENBATL for me, along with a few other shrewdies in here.
I know that there have been questions raised as to his stamina for this, but
bear in mind he was pretty much out the back with 2 furlongs to go in the Derby,
and ran on well from there to finish 5th. I don’t think he’ll mind the ground
and is obviously open to improvement. 16/1 taken with Paddy Power, I see that
Bet365 and Boylesports are the only ones still offering that price at this time.

I’m going with Benbatl w/o Enable at 7s.

That was super impressive. I’ve been hunting round to see what price for the Arc, seems that
2/1 is as good as it gets at the moment. That might look big on the day, but with a couple
of months to go it doesn’t do a lot for me.

I didn’t see you post until I had posted Ginger, I was busy trying to get a
price. I couldn’t disagree with you, I was just hoping that one of the bookies
may have taken taken a little more chance than 2/1 with 2 months to go. Having
said that, I’m not too surprised they are heading for cover, she was very
    impressive.

She just looks so perfect for the arc. That relentless gallop and so able to lie handy.

    A quite wonderful filly.

I’ve got 12.5/1 Enable for the Arc, BigG. Yes, I wouldn’t like to lay anything bigger than 2/1 either. You might get 9/4 with Sportsbook if they’ll lay your bets.

Am looking to unload £21 @ 16.5/1 Highland Reel, if anyone’s interested. Just go to betfair.

WD Enable backers, thoroughly deserved. I hope they give her a rest after that now and bring her back fighting fit in the Autumn. She could well of improved a bit for the ground.

Great run from Ulysses in second place plugging on well in that ground. For sure he is up there with the top horses now.

Idaho ran well in third also and look forward to seeing him stepped up in trip later on ( Irish Leger / Melbourne )

Well done with that Arc price Ginge.
Considering the dist and the going I think the runner up has put in a big effort there.
Jack Hobbs had conditions and distance in his favour today, is that one on the downgrade now.?

I feel privileged to say I saw this superstar in the flesh at Epsom.

Best filly (asides from Treve) since Taghrooda? Better?

She’s the 2017 Oaks, King George and Arc winner after all.

The best I’ve seen in the 5 or so years I’ve been following the sport. Got her at 7s for the Arc.

I would like to see her in a battle to see what really is in the locker. But who can give her a race? She kicks for home and it’s game over. Maybe the French can give her a run for her money?
