Santini has a free week as he was originally booked to carry Champ over to Ireland so taking in this for fitness instead.
Can’t see him winning at this track but if he does…

Henderson just keeps on getting better.
After bleating that there is barely a track in the country that suits Santini, he decides to run him on the least suitable track of them all.
I wonder if this is a hint that Champ – schooling brilliantly and on course for Leopardstown until all of a sudden he was not ready – is going to run in the Cotswold.
And apparently Kempton soft does not worry the master trainer for Altior because it is different from Sandown soft. Is that a slight concession the ground was not heavy at Sandown on Tingle Creek day? Timeform said it was good to soft.
Could be the case regard Champ..
Henderson will do what he likes regard Altior, he said in a roundabout way he doesn’t care one jot about the punters and getting the horse to Cheltenham in one piece, fit and well is his priority. Saint Calvados has also caught my attention DBRDBR. I am wondering if it’s a case of me looking too hard to oppose the big two, which it may be, although the form with Min looks strong and his form first time up reads 1111.

Nathan I think he would be , it’s a strange decision , he,d be better running champ here and santini in Ireland ….champ wouldn’t win either but he would prob finish nearer
