Decided to add Tiger Roll at 9’s. As much as it surprised me, that run at Cheltenham was impressive.
There’s no way I can leave him, and happy to have him on side.
Hopefully still get a few quid back from Ten Ten before the off, which was always the plan, and that would probably go the way of Champagne Classic and/or Off You Go.
Ten Ten 25’s
Tiger Roll 9’sMarch 31, 2021 at 06:30 #1533730There are three that I like here, and I don’t mind splitting the three of them. I don’t mind betting them just now, but hopefully they will all line up.
The big dog 14-1
Brahma Bull 25-1
Discordantly 25-1Maybe the last two I will bet on ew on the day, but that’s the three I’m going with just now.
March 31, 2021 at 07:28 #1533737It’s not an approach that I’m too keen on, but I cashed out a small part of my Sempo bet. Even as a backer I didn’t expect him to be this low.
I’ve used that cash to cover Court Maid at 20-1, who looks to have been kept for this.
March 31, 2021 at 12:51 #15337589 have come out I think. Still 60 left in. Of the more fancied ones, Longhouse Poet and Galvin are out.
March 31, 2021 at 15:30 #1533772Agusta Gold 12/1 my first bet here.
It’s good news for me that Saturnas hasn’t been declared, and it means I can focus on others. The market support for Discorama and The Jam Man is interesting, but I will just wait until Friday now for any more.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!April 2, 2021 at 10:44 #1533986Not good news with weights gone up. Coko Beach has a 7lb claimer on which might help a bit.
April 2, 2021 at 11:25 #1533994Latest exhibition left in
Be interesting to see what prices are available once they go back up
Id say having Gainford on Coko Beach was your best hope Mike
This looks a belting race, as good if not better than the English version
April 2, 2021 at 11:41 #1533995Nah. Nothing beats the Aintree National. The King of all Nationals
April 2, 2021 at 11:42 #1533996If burrows saint wins il agree Mike haha
April 2, 2021 at 11:52 #1533999It has certainly a better calibre of horse in it this year than Aintree has.
Not debating which National is a more prestigious race.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!April 2, 2021 at 11:59 #1534000Not a better calibre of horse than Aintree. Top weight in this is a relatively lowly 153.
April 2, 2021 at 12:05 #1534002Oh yeah on English handicap marks we will solve everything

Just my view, much more intriguing race with novices with much more upside than the “higher rated” ones in the UK version…..

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!April 2, 2021 at 12:09 #1534003A handicap including a bunch of unexposed novices which makes it interesting, yes I agree with that.
April 2, 2021 at 12:10 #1534004If cloth cap and latest exhibition had a match race id wager that the ratings of those two horses are actually the wrong way round
Added latest exhibition at 7/1
April 2, 2021 at 12:26 #1534008Imo Cloth Cap would beat Latest Exhibition in a good ground level weights match over, say, 3 miles 4, at this stage in their careers. In a handicap match up I’m not so sure, coz I’m wondering if 162 was a slight over- reaction from the handicapper for last time and maybe 158 is nearer the mark, which would then make him more vulnerable against Latest Exhibition giving him 9 lbs.
April 2, 2021 at 12:40 #1534012Was not going to bother, but Roaring Bull EW @ 117/1 Boosted at Billies. Not sure exactly what the places are like, says 1/4 the odds so must be 4.
