I think the first three of the ‘Artist formerly known as the four miler’ are all smart, and Escaria Ten could well have won without a couple of jumping errors, one of them serious. Quite feasible he is still an improving and unexposed.

Obviously there is a risk it will come too soon after such a big effort, but I’m happy enough to chuck a bit on e/w at 18’s.

I like Atlantic Shore, Fitzhenry, and Dragon D’Estruval. Dragon is back to a winning weight, and the change of trainer is intriguing.

So don't run, just like the others always do

Tatling, Escaria is an insane price, couldn’t put you off him. I think he’ll be the best of these in time, and I think he’ll have a massive 21/22.

Couldn’t put you off him at all.

Aye, hopefully no Cheltenham bounce, but I can’t leave him at that price. Entered, and jocked up strangely, for the staying novice G1 at Aintree this week too. Surely not……

I think that Discordantly 7 places E/W with Skybet is a
decent bet. I thought he was running a big race in the Punchestown Grand
National Trial in February when he came down 5 out. He seemed to jump it
well enough but maybe knuckled on landing. Caught the eye running on well
in the Ultima at the Festival last time out in 6th and is down 2lbs for
    today.

    Discordantly 33/1 E/W 7 places Skybet

I like Escaria Ten too but it’s quite close after Cheltenham (albeit the NH chase wasn’t as hard a race as usual) and the stable form is poor.

Going to stick with my 3 pals each way here. Moyhenna could probably do with softer ground but is a game mare with a good claimer on top. This is her last race before retiring to the paddocks so hoping she can do well.

Discordantly can make plenty of mistakes but this has been the plan all season and the stable is coming into a bit of form.

Brahma Bull should like the ground and teams up with Brian Hayes. If he can stay out wide out of trouble with a good view of the fences and get into a rhythm he could go well despite the weight (I think he’s a horse for whom weight is less relevant than mood).

    Moyhenna 28-1
    Discordantly 33-1
    Brahma Bull 50-1

Well done if you found that one! Got to love a front runner and nice for a smaller stable to win.

I imagine if they,d had a full house there would still have been silence as he crossed the line …. Fair due to the jockey he didn’t ride him like a 150-1 shot

Hope Robin De Carlow is alright, that didn’t look good. Winner had a BSP of 312.

Which was the horse that looked to go wrong behind? It was pulled up but the commentator didn’t say, I don’t think.

Robin De Carlow reported as walking off the course, so fingers crossed he’s OK. Really don’t rate Jerry Hannon as a commentator and he missed that incident completely as well as spending the whole race mispronouncing Latest Exhibition.

Cracking judge of pace by the winning jockey, you really need to know what you are doing to lead 26 others for the whole race. Notably the second was in the first three for most of the way as well.

He’s a good lad, took a while to ride out him claim, he rode that good mare from Rathvilly WELL SET UP which ironically beat poor Robin De Carlow to get black type, she gone off to be broodmare now, when the old claim goes a lot of jockeys struggle but this lad has done well. :good:

I think he thinks he’s the second coming of Dessie Scahill, that silly high pitch at the end of every race and reading off the connections from racecard as if he knows it is well fake.
