Hi Jac, my update is that I now have 8440 points and I’m in position 237.
I have used all my swaps, most running (hopefully) at the Breeders Cup
and a couple in the Melbourne Cup.I still have the 1 replacement swap to make for poor Line Of Duty, I’ll hold
onto that for now.I think Ispolini is in with a real shout in the Melbourne Cup Jac, and I’m
expecting them to have a bonus in the melbourne Cup as that is the end of
the competition so I think you may well be adding to your tally.Good luck all at the BC and MC
October 28, 2019 at 18:22 #1473084Thanks Graham and good luck with those final swaps.
I’ll have to get out the Crystal Ball for the bonus races to try and keep my place.
Looking forward to seeing some Godolphin horses at Newmarket this weekend..looks like it’s going to be another wet one but should all go ahead at HQ.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 30, 2019 at 08:25 #1473197I’m on 6590 (448th) after the weekend. Don’t bother updating though as it makes no difference!
October 30, 2019 at 08:36 #1473198I’m still on the same points Jac
I’ve added Old Persian
still gutted over Line of DutyCharles Darwin to conquer the World
October 30, 2019 at 09:12 #1473201I know Nathan can’t believe he’s gone, it’s been the worst season I can remember for the saddest of losses both flat and NH.
Best of luck with Old Persian he has a great chance.
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 31, 2019 at 16:58 #1473374Hello to all of you
Good news for anyone looking to boost their score.
The website is showing another Bonus Race for this Saturday November 2nd 2019
I have an idea this may be the last chance.
Thanks
October 31, 2019 at 17:31 #1473377Thanks for that John, I’ve just checked and it looks like they have pushed the boat
out, and after no bonus race for what seems like an age, they have doubled up with 2
Comical Ghost in the Damascas Stakes and Final Frontier in the Breeders’ Cup Turf
Sprint.Better late than never

Thanks John…I’ll be away but will look out for that.
I need those Bonus Points. Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 2, 2019 at 11:07 #1473647All or nothing with these guys. They have sneaked out several additional bonus races – Breeders’ Cup Turf, Mares Turf & Mile. Only spotted while I was making my last swap. No email yet.
Good luck everyone!
November 6, 2019 at 13:54 #1474208My final total = 6910 – 399th
hopefully they will run the World Cup one again, though this one was such a half-hearted attempt, that I won’t be holding my breath.
November 6, 2019 at 15:44 #1474218Well the Breeders Cup and Melbourne Cup were a bit of a whitewash for Godolphin. I thought
I would have boosted myself quite a bit keeping that final change to include just about
all their runners at both meetings, but I’m still the same as before them.Final Total 8440 points and Position 235.
I agree Tonge, I think they needed a couple of proddings to keep things going. Hopefully
they show some improvement next time.November 6, 2019 at 16:12 #1474223Hello to everyone
I have to agree with the views expressed by both Tonge and BigG.
My final position was Points 7470 Rank 342.
Never the less I have enjoyed playing against people who clearly know
and understand what these kind of competitions are all about. Thanks once again
November 6, 2019 at 18:11 #1474231Well done Graham, Tonge and John for staying the course it did get very frustrating in places but I have enjoyed playing along with you guys and as always we have had a good old stab at getting into the top 100 players but it was made an almost impossible task by the ‘organisers’

I’ve ended up with 8310 points – 248th place.
Had no swaps for the last month and what was left of my horses didn’t place or like Ispolini were withdrawn.Looking forward to Meydan now leading up to the World cup but afraid they definitely need to pull out all the stops and make the competition more involved with the players
Jac

Will update the Final Leaderboard later, just waiting for Raymo and Nathan’s final scores but looks like BigG has done it again

TRF WINNER 2019 BIGG
Well done Graham for winning this yet again with your Fantasy Godolphin Stable.
I did pass you once of twice but ran out of swaps and the last 5 weeks I was running on empty
I think we all struggled this time as the competition was so hit and miss with sparse amounts of Bonus races popping up just a few hours before a race you had to be eagle eyed to spot them and retired horses were left in play when a substitute could have been out there earning you extra points.
Let’s hope they get it together for the World Cup and hope nwalton will come back and join us in some friendly banter to find the winners in magical Meydan
Anyway enough waffle from me it’s time to crown our Champion TRF Fantasy League Team Player…If you PM me your address Graham I have a small prize to send you.

Well done all
it’s been great fun and have enjoyed all the banter between us..come back and do it all again for the World Cup..Jac
Raymo I presumed your score remained the same but I can change it if you post later in week..
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 8, 2019 at 01:47 #1474321Cheers Jac, I’ve just logged on having been legging it down south most of
the day to visit my son and his wife in Oxford, I could swear that bleedin
M6 seems to be getting longer each time, especially in the wet
It was a toss of the coin between the pair of us at the end Jac, and I fell
over the line more by luck than design
Thanks for running this one again Jac and keeping our spirits up, when it seemed
the boys in blue were doing there best to dampen them. I hope they have got the
knack of things now before the next one comes up. Despite the problems I’ve thoroughly
enjoyed the competition, and there’s no doubt it gave the flat an extra edge for me,
jumps man as I am.Can I also say that I enjoyed the craic with Tonge Nathan Raymo and John too, I hope we
can keep up our merry band, and maybe even encourage a few others to throw their hats into
the ring on the next one
Finally, it’s very kind of you to offer a prize Jac, there is no need, but I’ll contact you on
a PM
