    Bumper 7.45 punchestown
“Ninth Loch (Patrick) makes his debut in the bumper. He is not really bred to be a bumper horse but he does things very nicely at home. However, the rain softened ground might inconvenience him.”

Two from two for this Henry De Bromhead runner over bumpers and points and no reason to go against this runner.
Jockey rode a dream to share to a win here yesterday and claims that vital half a stone claim. A Robcour runner I think. Try haven’t had much luck recently….
    Saver on dancing city too

A nice Double in the same race last night.
    Punchestown 7.45
    Tonight’s bumper features
    Quantum storm.
    Win
Last night’s winner was just two lengths in front of Gordon Elliott’s runner when they met.
H.c swann takes 5lbs off and a real chance of overturning the Mullins runner.

Well he overturned the Mullins runner alright.
Unfortunately he tried to make all and set the race up for the closing pack. A good performance though.

    Win
Has had two decent races and his third last time out reads well here.
Should be hard to beat with that experience.
Odds on though and a distance wager for him to win by five lengths plus scrapes evens.
Chocobloc to win by 5+ lengths 5/6

    Related to Ashroe Diamond.
Yard is flying with new bumper runners.
Always a stone clear if only Willie would use a claimer they would all win.

    Reading Tommy wrong
Listed as winning by six lengths.
Looked a little less but I’ll take that.
Lengthened out without an issue despite carrying a lot of weight. Improvement visible.

    CLIMBING
    Win
    Has a very good pedigree.
Breed to be fast he’s had a wind operation and been gelded.
Owned by sir chips of Arsenal, he won’t want for much and with Nicky Henderson’s strutter out of the way the coast is clear to win this on racecourse debut.

    Kelso – Sunday May 28

The closing three runner mares’ bumper would not normally catch my attention. However, the race was run at a decent pace and newcomer SNOW SHEPHERDESS caught the eye, really putting it up to favourite Hard As Nails before having to give best in the final furlong. She’s half sister to a number of winners including decent staying handicapper Ravenscraig Castle and worth keeping in mind going forward.

    Thanks Rob.
    Noted.
Annie Power has her first foal out tonight at kilbeggan.
Willie Mullins runs the horse and certainly worth watching the race.

    As posted
    Mystic power
    Win by 5+ lengths
    @ 5/6
    ***********************************************
    Won by 2.75 lengths.
Which without a claimer on board was giving away half a stone +.
Not pressed to improve on debut, so good for a few lengths more.
It is easy to forget these are schooling races to prep horses for jumping. ( As I did)
When this runner turns out again, he is likely to improve again and win by a decent amount.

Willie Mullins takes the step of using a half stone claimer on his runner after a year off.
She went close in a rough finish when last seen and looks to hold strong claims here.

    KINBARA

    Win

John McConnell’s runner has the benefit of the half stone claim to negate the penalty. Ran midfield in a grade two bumper at Aintree after winning a point and a NH flat race. Looks the class horse and displayed a nice cruising speed when winning.

Well, the Mullins horse cantered away from our selection Sam. Even though Kinbara didn’t have the smoothest run through the race don’t think he’d have got to the winner who is a fine big beast and one to keep an eye on. I think the third home is decent too and the form might turn out quite good.

You were right about Vadsa Queen,I liked her form from the race last year and so it proved.

    Hi greenasgrass,
Very impressive and they conceed half a stone but were happy to as the only rival carried a penalty.
I’m going to have to throw my lot in with Mr Mullins!!!!
