I’m suprised
Angel Cabrera
is not a shorter price Gord. He’s been there before and got the t-shirt, or jacket in this case, and I’ve backed him at 7/1. The only other bet I’ve had was on Phil Mickelson, who lost the plot a bit! Here’s hoping
The Duck
can fly home in front. When they get to the back 9 there’s going to be many underpants filled but the Duck will just keep waddling away

He’s doing just that Tommy, fingers crossed for you mate!
April 14, 2013 at 20:15 #436293Angel Cabrera
supporters are sitting pretty, the Argentinian currently trades at 6/4 in running as he goes -9 and a 2 shot lead,he’s in an ideal position now.
April 14, 2013 at 20:52 #436295As we approach the halfway stage of the final day
Angel cabrera
is still grinding it out but at 6/4,I wouldn’t be playing, anyone on at fancy prices is facing twitchy bum time as this game can turn on you at any point, particularly at Augusta.I dont think ‘Jason Day’ has the game to win today as he’s making far too many silly mistakes.’Adam Scott’ will have to battle,he’s had his chances on the big par 5’s and needs to allow his big drive to make the most of those to come,I personally cant see him capitalising from them.I still think
Brandt Snedeker
has the game to win today just as he drives into the trees on 10!!
April 14, 2013 at 21:22 #436296Crucial putt for ‘Cabrera’ to hold par at 11 and his nerve,he’s the man showing no signs of pressure and playing straight forward Tee-Green Golf, its not over yet though. Evens in running says its his to lose!
April 14, 2013 at 21:41 #436297Huge mistakes from ‘Snedeker’ and ‘Cabrera’ on 13,the former puts his 2nd in the water on a par 5 and you would think the latter and leader at that would play up safe, but No ‘Angel’ went for Glory playing out of the trees and has payed the price………That could prove very costly!
April 14, 2013 at 21:52 #436299Tiger trades at 50’s with 4 to play and if he carries on with this run of form and gets to a play off there’s only one winner!Incredible stuff but thats Golf! I still cant believe ‘Cabrera’ putting it in the water!!
April 14, 2013 at 22:17 #436301Well its a typical Augusta final round,’Jason Day’ has been up and down like a rollercoaster but still in with a big shout and ‘Adam I’m a fighter Scott’ playing solid Golf but not making the most of the Par 5’s.The Ducks been cooked in water!!
April 14, 2013 at 22:36 #436303Angel Cabrera
is showing his fighting spirit whilst the Iceman ‘Adam Scott’ is playing solid Golf, the latter trades at odds-on strangely as Aussies dont have a great record here,I hope it comes down to a battle between the pair in a play off!
April 14, 2013 at 22:56 #436304Superb putt from ‘Adam Scott’ to go -9 at the last,he’s played solid Golf today without making any significant errors, unlike ‘Angel’ who’s basically battled like an Argentinian Bull,Game on!
April 14, 2013 at 23:00 #436305Those wanting ‘Angel’ to birdie the last could still get 11/2 about him in running as the ball bounces 6ft from the pin at the last and leaves him a birdie opportunity to 3ft……..He cant miss it!
April 14, 2013 at 23:03 #436306Game on! Whoever wins this years Masters will have to battle,I know
Angel Cabrera
can do just that but can
Adam Scott
? I’ve stated on here he cant……..We’re about to see!
April 14, 2013 at 23:09 #436308The machine goes 4/5
Adam
and 11/10
Angel
,I’ve put my money where my mouth is and had £200 on the latter.Best of luck to both and Australia deserve to break their hoodoo but its ‘Angels’ to lose and really he should have won in 18,I hope he’s learnt from that misjudgement and wins!
April 14, 2013 at 23:34 #436309When a Golfer pulls a 1 Iron out of his bag you know he means business but credit to ‘Adam’ for matching ‘Angel’ shot for shot! Evens the pair!
April 14, 2013 at 23:42 #436310Brilliant climax to this years Masters and a deserved Winner in
Adam Scott
,he played solid Golf from Tee to Green without being unfazed by the tough little Argentinian.Of course I cant pick a winner in a 2 horse race!!
April 15, 2013 at 12:53 #436334With less than 3 weeks left of this thread to run I can see its going to be a Mirror image of last years ‘Gone Fishing’ thread in that it will be down to me winning the 2000gns to return a profit.Being ‘The Ante-Post King’ does require me to put up long term betting prospects and they dont get much more long term than my wagers on
Dawn Approach
.I dont know what its like to return a
thread in theMy Tent or yours
at 33/1 for the Champion hurdle and of course my 33/1
Trading Leather
Derby wagers.I will be adding my ‘Supreme’horse for next year and my Cheltenham Gold cup horse too
Boston Bob
who is still generously priced at 25/1 with William Hills! Get on!
April 15, 2013 at 13:22 #436336See Gord Scotty is a fighter this guy holds a special place in my heart was my 1st ever winner in the golf at 45/1 in 2011 when he won at Bridgestone. had no money on him this week but happy to see him win after what happend at the open.
Any thoughts on the money on TELESCOPE and LIBER NAUTCUIS in last few weeks they must be catching pigeons at home
April 15, 2013 at 13:28 #436337I backed both Telescope & Liber Nauticus a few days after their Maiden wins.
