Good luck Steve compy in good hands this week :D
I’ve sprayed a bit of WD-40 on your starting stall for luck as they’ve been playing up.
Some good players stuck on the big zero, but that can change very quickly.
    Hoping for a win after 2 blank weeks..back later..Jac  x

    All at Lingfield:-

    1.05 … Cheherazad :D : WON 13/8 :D
2.15 … SUITS ME ((nap)) – unlucky 3rd :( – got badly cut up by Buick in a 3 x way finish
    3.20 … Mia’s Boy – gallant loser :|

    Reserve: 2.50 … Secret Asset – unplaced

    ***************************************************
Well done with Galaxy Rock Des and all others who backed him.
Looks like a challenge for the lead again with Star Al and Columbus having nice winners today.

Thanks Jamookie!!! Are you out of the stalls yet  thanks for doing a great job, back to our Des next week..Jac  x

I must be completely thick but the compy is way over my little brain and i suspect most will unfortunately agree….. the person who fully is au fait with the rules will probably win

David (dfward)it’s just 2 sets of horses racing against each other in every race on the card, just pick the one you think would win if if were a 2 horse race and then nap the selection that you are convinced is the better of the 2.
Cormack has done all the hard work.
Go on have a go..Jac

There are more important welfare issues to be addressed in racing away from waving bits of felt around imo; makes me very angry.

    Me too, here here.

Licence withdrawn would have been the best outcome for that particular jockey.

Hi Des…It’s been a great week & well done to all the other big priced winners with naps up too.
I was at Newmarket today and can’t believe I had 5 winners out of the 8 and one of them Arabian Star (I got 14-1).
Don’t think I’m going to better that today (Saturday) but will have a good try.
Steve (Jamook) The trees getting a little shaky but with 4 Saturdays to go you’re still favourite to win. :D  x

3.10 ….. TIMEPIECE :( Lost she didn’t run her race today
    3.50 ….. PROPONENT **NAP** :| Brilliant 3rd at 16-1
    4.25 ….. PIMPERNEL :D WINNER 11/4 :D

    Reserve: 2.35 ….. BEST TERMS

    :( Over the top

Back at Newmarket for the Cambridgeshire today and really looking to forward to seeing Timepiece for the first time..hoping she can beat Saphresa once more.

Have a good day at Chester Des and Steve xx back lots of winners.
    Good luck all…Jac
    Edit:

Des..Will be away next Saturday (late holiday) have asked Sir Alan if he will post for me, hope that’s ok.xx

Another great day at HQ, convinced Sovereign Pearl will win the 1,000 Guineas next year, but long way to go yet. Saint Johnny gave her a dream ride. Best Terms has gone over the top now and Sovereign Pearl was the pick of the paddock. Had 3 more nice winners today 1 from JM and 2 from Mr. Dettori. :)

Sorry you didn’t make it to Chester Des I know how much you love going like myself and Newmarket, nothing like being there.

Just seen your tribute to ‘Ginger’ McCain on YA and just wanted to say what a great and fitting tribute you wrote for him and El, George and Tommy who also contributed. His name will live on with the Grand National and Ballabriggs has a good chance of winning again in 2012. What a great character he was and he must have died a happy man to have seen Amberleigh House and then Ballabriggs carry on the great racing tradition for the McCain dynasty…Jacxx

Hi Des…can’t believe it’s only 5 Saturdays to go, so pulling some of my old faithfuls out of the hat today for a dusting and fingers crossed.
Good luck all and thanks for doing this Des…Yahoo is looking very quiet these days, the horseracing section has gone all ‘My Little Pony’ with the average age of those posting 8

    3.05 Newbury ….. TAQLEED ((NAP)) :D WON 12/1 :D
    3.20 Ayr ….. HAWKEYETHENOO *lOST*
4.05 Newmarket … ON HER WAY *Non runner*

    Reserve ….. SEA OF HEARTBREAK .. 2.00 Newbury *3rd*

Just back from Brighton visiting my Sister and have spent most of my cash down The Lanes, here’s hoping for a winner today…Jac :wink:xx

    EDIT:
Cheers me old Jamookey. The nap came good
Hawkeyethenoo ran a good race on the rail but never bothered the leaders, but to my eyes he wasn’t given a hard time after his injury scare and should strip fitter next time out.xx

Don’t get too cosy up there, still 4 more Saturdays to go and the girls are after you now

What a funny old horse Taqleed is, he leads all the way to win his last race and this time he is virtually last all the way and comes down the outside to nab it…but at last my patience has paid off in spades and the black hat takes it again..hurray

Hi Des…welcome back after letting Jamook loose on your precious compy for 2 weeks, he did a brilliant job and now you see we even have Nathan joining in the fun too but he’s going to have to go some to catch Columbus now as the flat compy nears its end.

Great to have some more competition, but sorry Nathan I won’t be joining in the footy compy as I am totally clueless and, will leave that one to the men

Posting early tonight as off to a Wedding early in the morning, and taping all the Donny action to watch when I get home.

Have to find a few big prices to catch the Penthouse dwellers so here goes:-

    Goodwood 5.40 ….. CREDIT SWAP :) NAP :) *Lost*

Reserve: Goodwood 2.20 ….. FRENCH NAVY

    GOOD LUCK ALL….Jac
    ****************************
    NO WINNERS DES
But had a nice bet on French Navy who I saw win hands and heels at Newmarket LTO, have to go for the big prices to catch those at the top with only a month to go before the last day of the flat compy…well done to all with winners, see you next week..Jac x

I got mine today Cormack it makes incredible reading and the story of Chris Kinane and his amazing fightback from that terrible injury in the paddock at Wolverhampton with the help of the IJF helping with his mortgage etc., when times got hard is acknowledgement indeed of the work that IJF strive to do.
Great to see Peter Toole on the road to recovery too.

The IJF Calendar is a standing dish in our house at Christmas and this year looks better than ever and there is even a Tony McCoy Teapot and Mug and Choc Thornton’s own brand chocolate bar :o
Something for everyone this year and all for a worthwhile cause..Jac :)

[list:2px62rv7][/list:u:2px62rv7]Hi Jamook…glad to see you’re keeping Des’s slippers warm by the fire this week, we’re all expecting a hefty serving of neeps and tattys and a wee dram of whisky to keep us all going here.
I think Des is a brave man letting you loose on his compy after you have changed his nationality and got him singing from a different hymn sheet.. :D naughty  back with 3 to beat the bookies Friday night as off to Newmarket tomorrow..8 races and 4 of them 2yo races, need to do some serious homework but SALFORD ART looks a good bet in the 2.20..Jac  x

Thanks Jamook…wet wet wet at HQ today but somehow managed to find 3 winners  Going changed from good to soft to good as the rain poured down.
Re: Salford Art I’m drawing a line under that run the ground was probably against her too and Devdas was an impressive winner on the day.
Thanks for the lowdown Classic Punch, I was there the day she ran 2nd to Pimpernel and she flew.

    Todays hopeful trio:-

    3.35 Beverley ….. DINKUM DIAMOND
    3.50 Goodwood ….. LOWTHER
    6.40 Windsor ….. DISTANT MEMORIES :) NAP :)

    Reserve:
    Newmarket 4.25 ….. FADHAA

Good Luck all and thanks to Jamook for running this for Des this week…Jac
