Distant Storm looked like he didn’t get up the hill, well beaten in 3rd. Kings Trail (9th)every chance if good enough but wasn’t and Craven winner Oxagon 6th with Avicenna a disappointing last.
Really happy for young Billy Loughnane and George Boughey.
What a terrific little horse Bow Echo is a really well deserved win and Gstaad looked very good too and will progress.Well done to all who backed Bow Echo that was mega impressive

I had to throw a tenner at Distant Storm when I saw him..fit as a flea all ribs showing so I have al 3 Godolphin horses EW now.

Just been trolling through the 9 races tomorrow for the competition and hope I do better than today.What on earth went wrong with Lions Pride today Nick? Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...Lovely post Andre and regarding the craft fairs Louise is concentrating more on her photography at the moment so they have have taken a back seat.
Dave is a bit better still getting dizzy spells but not so many, he has a doctors appointment next week to try to get to the bottom of what’s happening.
Like you I”m so excited about the start of Newmarket tomorrow and the Raymo’s competition I think I have the first days hopefuls under wraps but just want to make sure no non runners in the morning so will put them up then.
Also the Godolphin fantasy competition is kicking off..can’t believe we get 5 swaps a month that should see us all racking up lots of points…It looks a tricky day at Newmarket and lots of horses out for the first time also lots of all weather form and horses rising in class and distance.
I’m saving most of my betting money for Saturday and Sunday but fingers crossed for a few winners tomorrow..
