Taken the 20-1 about Treanmor after that. Was impressed by him in the paddock – a lovely loose walker with lots of physical scope – and he has an enormous reputation.
Looks an absolute machine.
May 18, 2025 at 16:42 #1730835Just put up my 1000 Guineas 2026 hopeful Glad.
Agreed Treanmor looks worth every penny of his 2,000,000 Euros.
Bit keen and green today but he got the job done that must be a huge relief for connections.Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...May 18, 2025 at 17:11 #1730837Are you there today, Jac?
I was only watching on RTV but the horse looked lovely and his walk was captivating.

May 18, 2025 at 17:38 #1730839Unfortunately not Glad..I was there yesterday that’s why I was so excited by Dance To The Music, but I have a friend I know is there today and I’ll get his opinion later tonight.
Treanmor did everything he was asked and looked a bit unsure running into the dip but had already won the race and with the maestro on board he was in good hands.

My friend wasn’t there yesterday Glad, travelling home from holiday but another friend who lives locally sent me this lovely picture of Treanmor coming back after winning his race. Not the usual Godolphin flashy chestnut but full of attitude like his daddy.
Hope we might be looking back at this next year congratulating you on your 20/1 play..
Jac

I doubt that lightning will strike twice, but who knows? 🤷♂️

September 28, 2025 at 13:49 #1740794Dorest boosted the form slightly for those in the Dewhurst market but even if Gstaad was to win that I wouldn’t be too keen on backing an O’Brien horse for the guineas due to Aidan’s recent record in the race of hot shots getting turned over
George Boughey has never won this race but did win the fillies one in 2022. Bow Echo is short enough at 10’s now but I’ve had £5 on it based on I don’t fancy anything elseGaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
October 11, 2025 at 08:57 #1741674Italy 25-1
Just a small bet, as if he doesn’t run very well today he probably won’t even go here, but I do like him and think he has potential to train on.
October 11, 2025 at 15:05 #1741772A maiden winner is going to win this at this rate ;o)
