    Risk Averse firm.

Sea Moon has to win this.

Such a woeful race this is for a Classic Group 1 year in year out. Might see a good winner from BB or SM.

Taken off instead of Fallon is a massive insult.

Fallon is too old and feeble nowadays.

Montjeu Derby winners haven’t done much at Stud.

Pedigree isn’t great either on the dam side. Much prefer use Hurricane Run to this fella for a potential Classic type but he has pace that no other Montjeu son has so that is the USP for this horse.

I have to say the only horse 2yr old colt for me is Camelot and Dragon Pulse in Ireland. The rest are desperate disappointing bar(Power).

Maybe obviously best 2yr old in Europe…a real good un.

I am not going to start demeaning John Oxx to suit my argument. But some people need a reality check

Sea The Stars was the greatest horse ever already even before he got to John Oxx because of his Pedigree, now John Oxx did a great job with him but any half decent trainer would have won a Group 1 with him. Obviously Oxx won 6 of the best and that was very good training.

Well the Aga Khan has already diminished his stock in John Oxx and is spreading them to new trainers such as Mick Halford. John Oxx is one of the big 4 irish stable’s(Weld, Bolger, AOB) and out of the 4 of them he gets quite poor results compared to the rest. He is barely ahead of Harrington with 1/4 of the flat horses he has.

Jim Bolger or D K Weld don’t get 50-75 horse’s every year from a big owner and are miles ahead of him in the training championship. He is a good solid trainer but nothing more.

Their has always been a nature in people to have a bit of a riot for the craic. I certainly wouldn’t mind roaming the streets smashing windows in my brain it sounds or feels like some sort of freedom from the daily mundane life of a person who is stuck in a rut.

However the complete inability of the Met to stop this has been laughable. Its like mobs going around all around london wrecking the place. Where are the water cannons to disperse the crowd and the riot police look very inaffective.

Think you need to get the PSNI in Lads

John Oxx gets how many Aga Khan’s regally bred bloodlines??.

The only genius race horse trainer is King Henry Cecil. AOB for me is a great trainer but Cecil is in a league of his own.

You swear John Oxx got nothing..he gets incredibly well bred horses every year. He should be getting at least 1-3 Group 1s every year without exception.

Look how well the French Trainer do with the same stock and please don’t say he doesn’t get the best produce.

Power ran a great race as this was not his ground. He needed Good to firm to show his best and also raced up with the sucidal early pace and just was nipped by a horse with a superb turn of foot. Heff did ride a excellent race but given the sticky ground he just got tired.

La Collina was behind Murtagh about 2l before jonny made his move to the rail. Kevin Manning held his ground on horse going backwards. Johnny should have known that going up the rail is a stupid way to ride a 2yr old race at the Curragh. He should have gone a bit wider and the gaps were their and he probaly would have been placed to the very least. Poor judgement by Murtagh.

Oxx’s record for me is incredibly uninspiring.

I don’t rate him anything above a good trainer.

To call him is a genius is laughable.

Murtagh messed up, It was a terrible ride in a Group 1.

Obviously Family circumstances are very touchy subject but nevertheless that was a bad ride in a Group 1 for once in Murtagh’s career.

Obviously family affairs i reckon has not helped Johnny recently as his riding has been very poor this year.

Your not comparing New Approach with Frankel.

Frankel is a far better horse. A great infact.

Brown was the main reason UK are suffering from massive Conservative cuts. He showed leadership after the horse had bolted. Plus no one respected him so it really didn’t matter what he said.

With Regards Greitner and Hank Paulson. They had to deal with Dick "dasterdly" Fuld. They managed to scrub out a deal that saved the World Economy. They did everything they could with the circumstances.

AIG was a major writer of Credit Default Swaps and was mainly involved insurance. They had to save them. They were completely different from the Wall Street Bankers. He allowed Lehman Brothers go because the complete inaction of Lehman brother senior staff. Dick Fuld built up Lehman and destroyed it as did his henchmen.

I do not think the 2 amigos could have done anything more.
