Nobody got this week’s winner (again) but Greenasgrass did show bravery by selecting a 50/1 shot and it did pay dividends by being placed. Scoring 337.50 points.

Glad, your Green party are taking credit for Andys “Green” policies but if you check out what he’s done for Greater Manchester you’ll see that they had no credit whatsoever and all this is part of the bigger picture.
Farage is saying that he requested police protection from lunatics like Joshua Kerry, and saying time and time again he gets ignored.
The man accused of murdering Ann Widdecombe has also been charged with preparing acts of terror including against Reform UK leader Nigel Farage.
Counter terror police said Joshua Kerry, 28, was charged on Friday with one count of preparation of terrorist acts.
The charge relates to activity which is alleged to have taken place between May 2024 and July 2026.
Kerry was charged in July with the murder of 78-year-old Widdecombe, a former Conservative minister and Reform UK spokeswoman.
Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said she knew the fresh charge would be “extremely concerning” and her “profound sympathies” were with Farage and his family.
“Let no one make any mistake: an attack on anyone in politics is an attack on us all.
“This case raises serious questions about the security of those in public life. We must use this as an opportunity to reset. Once parliament returns, I will update on our work to strengthen protections for those who choose to serve.”
The BBC contacted Reform UK for comment and a party source said: “This is exactly why Nigel needed £5m to protect his security for life.”
Farage is currently facing a parliamentary standards watchdog probe into a £5m gift from a billionaire donor before he returned as an MP in 2024. The Reform leader has previously said the money was for his personal security.

This week was a little easier than last week, but only five of us scored.
Top spot belongs to SERGEANTCECIL this week getting both the winner, and best priced placed horse scoring 425 points (that’s 300 for the win and 125 for the place.)
Steve75 also had the winner (only EW) and scored 206.25
The placed horses was picked up by Robnorth, Nathan Hughes and Landafar and scored either 46.88 or 125 points.

I used to watch Ester Rantzen and her team presents That’s Life on Sunday Evening an entertaining program. She was once arrested for obstructing the pavement while filming in the street for That’s Life. And one of her team did a separate program where he tried different professions. One was as an on course bookmaker. As for Esther I didn’t know she did “Who Do You Think You Are” in the early noughties I think I would like to see that.
As for campaigning for Assisted Dying, I was aware of that and it was close to my heart for a long time. Don’t get me wrong other avenues should be explored first like better living for the sick and elderly and it should be agreed by at least 2 independent doctors, and be the wishes of the patience before they reach that stage. However no doctor would tell their patience you’ve X amount of months to live.

Says alot about Danny Dyer’s popularity when he identify him from a role he plays on a soap opera.
