    6th JUNE

This race is the opposite end of the spectrum to the Grand National, if the GN is the longest race in Britain, then this is the shortest.

I’m talking about “THE DASH” or THE BETFRED DASH HANDICAP to give it’s present title.

I’ve don’t remember having much luck myself with it, and don’t you dare blink or you would probably miss it.

Anyway the DASH is run at EPSOM 3.15 and has 20 runners (A maximum field expected) so 4 places to go for.

I really do hope all the best in your choices. :good:

    Sorted !

Triptych, I hear a lot about mental health so I think it’s fair to take the time and trouble in acknowledging your efforts in order for you to feel proud (for a minute  ).

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.

No, VTC seems to just want me to get to the list, I put the winners list up to create a positive mental attitude. Couple of weeks ago I had a touch of the sun and wanted to lay down in a quiet room and chill however one of my neighbours was having a barbeque party. I will be putting up my winners list again from this week.
